Wow there this not much to say about this place at ALL! This restaurant is a disgrace to all the Wendy's. It is so out dated. I went there on 10/10/15 and I don't think they go a signal thing right on my order. Also for the time they made me wait for my incorrect order I could of got a sit down meal from a real restaurant. But instead I waited and got my order wrong and over chargered by two to three dollars. This was not the first time it has HAPPEND! Can the owner of Wendy's please explain why they can not hire functioning human beings? Or why they have the same everything from like the 90s? Because that's what it looks like. Every other Wendy's is updated. I go to the up dated Wendy's and I don't want to leave there so nice. I would feel comfortable to eat at the newer Wendy's. Read moreMy idea of a chain store is that they have the same "formula" wherever they are located. Not this branch of Wendy's. Sure other branch boast the same lounge sitting in one area of the store. But how many has a fireplace?! It might be electric. But it adds to the ambiance. And I have not encountered any other branch that has this. And the place is bright because of a lot of big windows with little wall partition between each sets of windows. They have added the convenience of letting one know if their order is ready. They have a screen with 2 headings: processing and ready. When one placed one's orders the name one gives will be under PROCESSING. Meaning they are preparing it fresh and fast. They will call your name but in case you are busy and miss them calling you, just lift your eyes and look on the screen and you will see ur name under READY. Read moreTook us nearly 35 mins to go through the drive thru and when we finally arrived to thd window the lady handed me my bag of food with a terrible attitude and then forgot one of my frosties so after she shoves me food to me then slams the glass opening and then realizes I am still sitting there opens then window and says umm what's you needs? I said you forgot my small chocolate frosty she sighs and slams the window closed and doesn't come back for nearly another 5 minutes with the frosty. So that is the last time I spend my money at that Wendy's since they want to act like I should feel lucky that my hard earned money is being taken by their barely working hands with an extra side lf unnecessary attitude.
