Edited: was contacted by the manager, Colby. He was very apologetic. He was not in the location at the time this happened, but arrived toward the end of our visit. I could see the tables all of students got cleaned. Something different had happened. Glad that this was brought to management attention. The situation was unacceptable. But Colby is aware and we hope that the situation improves. Understandably, things happen, and that’s ok! The attitude was uncalled for, and could have possible made things more tolerable. Thank you for being willing to admit this, and work on correcting the issues. We sincerely hope things improve!
Hostess wouldn’t clean a table for us. Had to be told 3 times by waitress. Begrudgingly she finally did it 20 minutes after we were sitting waiting at a table, while at least 5 other tables sat dirty, she kept walking by with a look of irrelevancy.
Took forever for us to be acknowledged. Waited a long time for drinks, or service of any kind. Bathrooms out of order, photos included. Restaurant filthy.
At many times, Workers all sat around on phones, while customers ignored.
When we did finally get acknowledged they were out of most beers. Ordered a margarita and it arrived hap hazard overflowing without even a piece of fruit. A silly umbrella stuck in the middle of it.
Then when food finally came, delivered by a guy we never met, he basically threw it on the table. When we asked about silverware, he said he would MAKE US EAT IT WITH OUR HANDS!!!!!!? Claimed he was joking, but he wasn’t laughing out really friendly. Just seemed irritated.
Then took a good five minutes while we sat there looking at food we couldn’t eat with hands, he came back and acted surprised and angry that we had had the nerve to ask someone else for silverware!!! He even made a rude statement that he WAS COMING BACK IN A MINUTE!!!! Don’t even give the utensil to eat crab legs with.
Then he tried to make up for it and gave us a free beer like that was supposed to make it all better!!!
The lobster tail was tiny, mushy, and cold. I couldn’t eat it. Maybe two bites in total for size!!!! They didn’t even come back to check on us after food delivery.
When it came time to pay at least 6 workers across the way on laptop and phones in booths, but no check. Finally had to get up and ask a passerby worker who seemed annoyed that they had to look our way or bother with us.
Actually the whole atmosphere was terrible. Like we were a bother, they were forced to have to do anything with us!!!!
It was a terrible experience!!! I did even leave a $20 on the $100 tab despite the terrible experience because I thought MAYBE the specific worker was trying his best, even though he NOT ONCE came to check on us after food delivery… and really the only time we saw him was when he took our order and delivered the initial drinks and bread to us.
I’ve been a red lobster waitress in the past so I have empathy and understand things happen.
This whole restaurant needs an overhaul, from cleanliness, to good quality and most of caring employees. I understand they might not their jobs, and prefer not to do it, but it’s a job and if you’re going to take it, the least you could do is be friendly and helpful. None of these employees even SMILED AT US. Their whole attitude was with distaste and annoyance that they even had to be there doing the absolute minimum they had to.
Starting with the hostess!!! Young girl who walked around with head held high, and look of arrogance. I wanted to think the best an be understanding, but they made it impossible..
Even the parking lot grass and weeds overgrown!! Needing to find a decent place to eat in Pine bluff is not easy… but they had EVERY OPPORTUNITY to change that with just a smart amount of effort an they chose to do the WORST...
Read moreThe worse experience in my entire life! The waiter brought my food out first, after waiting at our table for about 45 minutes. My husband asked for management at this point! Ten minutes later he received his food... I didn't want to be rude so I waited on my husband’s food before I started eating... So, obviously my food was cold! I told the server I ordered a full salmon and she stated she gave me a full salmon... She also questioned my ability to know what a full salmon actually was, by stating, “ Have you ever eaten here before and your salmon was bigger that what you received? I'm 100% sure that's a full salmon.”..... My husband told her he was waiting on management and she was free to assist her other guests! The manager approach us and apologize for any inconvenience and reassured us that the salmon I received was not full... I waited another 10 minutes on the additional piece of salmon I previously ordered... The waiter then comes to our table to inform me that it wasn't her fault it was just a misunderstanding... WHAT?????? (I DON’T EVEN WANT TO TELL YOU HOW I FELT ABOUT THAT COMMENT) She NEVER asked us did we want refills, give us napkins or check on us... I asked for a to go platter and didn't even receive a bag... IT WAS...
Read moreChris Anderson is probably one of THE BEST general managers I have ever met. Kammy has provided the best customer service I have ever experienced as well as with Chris. I had an issue with my dine in order, and they both did a phenomenal job to attend to my husbands and I’s Needs. I’ll tell y’all this, I have been to 10 different states in the past two months and I have eaten at ONLY 5 star restaurants, (because when your on vacation you don’t goto McDonald’s for dinner of course) but I have NEVER experienced the beautiful customer service that I did here, within the few states I’ve visited. They both deserve a raise, hands down the best two people I’ve ever dealt with! I honestly could cry because of how WELL I was treated at this location.
Kammy, girl you belong in a high class restaurant! Or a flight attendant, go see the world like you were telling us. The way you handled rude needy customers that deserved a high five in the face tonight, was crazy! You have a lot of patience and you care highly for your customers, and honestly i couldn’t appreciate it anymore than I already do now. Thanks for everything to the both of you, you both...
