Some employees are nice, others are rude. They don't care about the items coming out. Have had both good and bad experiences at this location over the last few years. Today the twist ice cream was coming out almost totally chocolate. The girl noticed this, wiped the top of my cone off and tried again. This time she shrugged, didn't care and continued to put the toppings on my cone and serve it to me as is without asking me if I still wanted the cone. When I said it wasn't twist she motioned towards the twist nozzle as if because she used the right one, it IS twist. I pointed out it looked all chocolate and she just shrugged and ignored me after that. My ice cream was crystal-y and almost entirely chocolate. Read moreThe food is usually always decent but your employees not so much lately. I understand during this pandemic you guys may or may not be short staffed but training the kids you hire is a must. They lack common decency and manners. The kid at the window was in a rush, y’all weren’t even that busy & trust me I worked at McDonald’s in high school for over 3 years so I get fast food can be stressful at times to say the least. He took my card & managed to drop it on the ground, then handed me the wrong order and shut the window super fast. So I had to wait for him to notice me still sitting there to receive my correct order.. I assume he may have been a new employee but please train your employees to treat customers...

But when it comes to this franchise, it's not the typical food or beverage or dessert that's lacking, it's the people they hire. The employees are basically all high school children who have zero service skills. I can't believe the absolutely horrible service I got here today and every other time I have ever gone here. Sure the staff changes periodically, but the same attitude remains.
