Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pine City

Ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks Friday night, went to pick them up on time to stand at the counter and wait for the (I assume) manager/cashier to finish having a conversation with the customer in the drive-thru window for almost 5 minutes. Nothing related to pizza that's for sure lol. In that time, a couple of the other employees behind the counter tried getting her attention telling her she had a customer at the counter - she completely ignored them, to greet me on her own accord with a friendly "Do you got a pickup?" I'm just saying a simple "I'll be right with you" can go a long way, and to top it off, gave me cheesy bread instead of breadsticks. I've went to this pizza hut my whole life and I'll give it another shot, but it seems to be...

2-1-20 Honestly just terrible in my opinion. So food was quick and everything great. But all the food was absolute trash. Pizza was drenched in bbq sauce and was way overcooked. We were never checked on to see how the food was once during the entire meal. We got the cinnabon that we ordered and it was undercooked and raw in the middle. The only time we saw our waitress after we got the food was to see the bill. So we decide to ask to speak to a manager at that time who states that we should have said something sooner. At least we got 7 dollars off but still tipped that much back. Terrible experience would not...

11/9/18 Started by taking 15 minutes to get 5 glasses of water, then the server got our order wrong. A lady from another table got tired of waiting so they went to the counter to order. The server got upset about that and started tossing things around behind the counter. Later, after the lady left, she left a small tip and the server audibly complained about it in not-so-nice terms. And where did the sauce from the pizza go?? These guys are making it a lot easier to avoid going out to eat.
