Dollar Tree — Local services in Pine City

If I could rate it lower I would. This store is incapable of hiring a qualified manager after the last one left. The store is a mess, nothing is ever in the right places. The bathrooms are never clean, and from what I have heard the new manager only encouraged cleaning ONCE a week. That is UNACCEPTABLE in a place of business, especially one that sees as much traffic as this one does. Multiple reports have been made to OSHA and to the BBB which clearly have not helped. The employees don't get proper training from this manager. She is rude and borderline impossible to be near. She fired someone for cleaning too much? That seems absurd. The staff turnover at this location is also intense. I feel like the maximum new hires last is a couple weeks. If that! At some point you have to wonder if it's the employees she hires or if it is her? All of the old capable staff are almost gone. Congrats Dollar Tree. You really picked a winner. I for one will no longer be shopping at this store, and likely a lot of customers will share my sentiment. Dollar tree's district manager for this area continues to make excuses for her bad behavior and I am sick of it. She is breaking multiple rules currently being employed there as someone of familial relation (Sister) is employed there, and she is in a relationship with the Merchant Manager at this location which if you read the staff manual you will note is strictly forbidden to fraternize with employees. It is clear to me that Dollar Tree simply is not able to care about the workplace and rules that they set in place or she would have been fired months into her employment. This...

I've shopped Pine City Dollar Tree about 4yrs atleast 3or4 times a month. First and foremost everything is a $1.....so for this grandma the toys,party favors and gift bags and the holiday items are perfect everyones happy and I spent very little...if you think outside the box as you stroll the isles promise you'll almost always leave with what you need ...I've worked plenty with customers and retail and will tell you in my experience whether it's busy or the holidays or maybe a undesirable customer the staff is always helpful they are more than polite engaging in conversation the store is always clean ,stocked and organized. So I will continue my positive experience and to all that are employed there give yourselves a pat on the back your doing a fantastic job. Because believe me as many rude customers I've been dealt over the years I've equally had very rude cashiers it makes me never want to come back....Thank...

I've always liked our Dollar Tree store here in Pine City, Mn. It's always clean and neat, the shelves are always well stocked and there's quite a wide variety of things to choose from. I've been to other "dollar" stores and none of them are true Dollar stores like Dollar Tree . You have to ask what the price is in other stores and it's very annoying. If you're going to advertise as a dollar store of any kind then that's what merchandise should be and with Dollar Tree it is!! On top of everything else they have very nice employees and they have good merchandise too that's not cheaply Made. Can you tell that I like Dollar Tree stores? It's not often You find a place such as that with not only good quality merchandise but low low prices that they promise and actually follow thru with. Fantastic job...
