A&W All-American Food. — Restaurant in Pine City

Went to a&w to get my family and I some lunch,didn't order a big order by no stretch of the imagination. A guy come out to hand me my food and I paid for the food then left to go home to eat with my family only to find out that everything but the burgers were in the bag so needless to say I'm frustrated at this point so I send my wife to go and get the rest of our order only to find out that they did make the burgers but then took the odasity to hand my wife the burgers that are now soggy and cold they couldnt even remake my familys burgers so we could have a great experience with a&w needless to say very disappointed in the a&w at pine city,someone needs to be reeducated on how to look in the bag before handing food out to know that all of the order is in the bag. I mean you literally only have one job to do and it is to make customers the food that they paid for and not being ignorant enough to just assume the food is in there so thank you a&w for waisting my time money and only giving me a whooping 5 dollars back out of a 3 meal order where each meal is 12 dollars I mean you couldn't even give me the money back for the burgers you decided to serve me that were no longer good!!!!!!! If I'm expected to pay top dollar for food then I expect top notch food for my money. I just don't understand how they could even consider this to even be close to reasonable. Very...

I haven't been to an A&W for a couple of decades. This one hasn't changed (other than prices). Same old drive in. Same look inside. No drive-through. A nice blast from the past before fast food joints became the mechanized, beep ridden, soul crushing institutions where you only interact with a greasy kiosk some filthy kid smeared snot all over it. I'm looking at you, Taco Bell!

The food was amazing. Easily the best fries of any fast food restaurant out there. I'd be in trouble if I lived closer. Spicy papa burger was delicious with a good amount of spice. It was all more than I could eat in one sitting.

Root beer is extremely good. Creamy and everything it should be. They boast that it is made on site. I'm not sure what that actually means but, whatever they are doing, it's the right way to do it. Far better than other fountain root beers.

So I had came their last night and ordered dinner. Well my card kept getting declined on their machine I had plenty of money no reason it should have been getting declined. The young girl that brought out my food was kind about everything went and got a manager. The manager on the other hand short black hair was rude beyond words wouldn't give me the time of day. Didn't want to Try running my card of the inside I offered to try and order the same exact order online just kept blaming it on my card. So I gave the food back went home ordered it online and it worked just fine. She didn't want to help me try anything else just told me I don't know what to tell you if it don't work on our machine it won't work online well it worked.
