I spent 30$ on dinner in this restaurant, my son who was not feeling well and was not eating asked for a cup for water. While him and 2 other customers were getting their drinks an employee named TIA came over and accused my son of not getting water. She was rude from the get go and also VERY WRONG. When I went to the counter to address the matter with her, I showed her his cup of WATER and she said oh well it didnt look like it was............ When I asked her to please apoligize to my son(who is also autistic and very upset that he was accused of something he was not doing) she advised me that she would not apoligize for being rude for no reason and wrong. This employee should not have a job that deals with people as she obviously has no people skills. I was blown away by her very unprofessional attitude. There were 2 other employees, a blond girl along with the older gentleman cooking on the grill that also acted very unprofessional, the blond girl stared my daughter and me down after the conversation with Tia and then the older gentleman was making comments behind the counter as if there was more to say. Read moreMe and my mom went to the kfc and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches combos meals for my dad and I then we go home to eat them We saw that there frozen me and my dad go there to get a refund when they say that they cooked it fresh when it was clear that it was frozen we ask for a refund they say we have to have a receipt to get a refund so we show a picture of the receipt and they say they need a physical copy we drive all the way home get the receipt go back in recording was soon as the manager see that we were recording she completely changes her attitude and changes form being unhappy and angry to kind and joyful and then they ignore us for 5+ minutes then we finally get the refund we go home and then cops come and said that the kfc people called and said that we said the n word which we did not and had proof because we had been recording the whole time.
In Conclusion don't go to this kfc if you want don't what to get the cops called on you for not reason Edit:After going back to the kfc to take pictures of the business licenses to make a heath complaint they call the cops to give us a trespass that says we can't go on there land and all the licenses were expired.

Between the shift leader ignoring customers to talk to a meth head about a pitbull her "sorry ass ex" had, the older lady behind me that had to ask for a drink carrier 6 times before anyone helped her, the girl that dropped a box on the floor and picked it up then didn't bother to change her gloves before touching food, AND getting my order wrong I thought I'd accidentally wandered into a five star restaurant!
I was SO impressed by the service that I decided I'll never set foot in the place again. Wouldn't want to ruin the romanticized memory of such an amazing experience. I'm sure that there is no possible way to raise the bar on such a fine establishment.
The shift leader in particular should be promoted to customer for her exemplary customer service skills, outstanding professionalism, and attention to detail.
From now on whenever a left leaning family member of mine talks about raising the minimum wage I can just bring them here and I'm POSITIVE they'll change their tune. Thanks...
