Had an early dinner here, and unfortunately, it was sub par! Chicken parmesan was very overcooked and the breading was partially burnt, also had very little sauce and cheese. The usually very creamy and yummy mac n cheese was dry and tasteless. Ended up sending it back. Ordered a medium burger on brioche and it was also very overdone and the bread was partially burnt. The management took care of the bill and the wait staff was attentive and apologetic. The dessert was very good. It was not what you would expect at a Pinehurst resort property. I know that others around us were having issues as well. Hopefully, they will get their kitchen staff on par with the reputation the rest of the resort has....

Fried Green Tomatoes with White Cheddar Grits, Smoked Pimento Cheese, Kale, Tomato and Golden Raisin Chutney.
Sandhills Caprese with Fresh Mozzarella, Thick Tomatoes, Basil, Olive Oil and Balsamic and Grilled Crostini.
