The hours say this location is open until 11 p.m. We arrived before 10:30 p.m. on 3/13/25, each put in a mobile app order, and went to the drive thru by 10:35 p.m. Like a lot of drive thru’s, this BK has a prerecorded voice that asks for your order. Honestly, it sounds like a real person. After it asked for my order, I said I had two mobile orders and listed the names and order #. No response for a minute or two so we were about to ask if we needed to pull around when a woman comes on screeching, “Did you hear me?!” No we actually didn’t because she hadn’t said a word up to this point. We’d only interacted with the prerecorded crap. She was so rude about it, that the person in the car with me had to speak up because I honestly didn’t know how to respond. He tells her that we hadn’t heard her and she responded with, “well like I said already, we’re closed due to staffing shortages.” I told her okay, but just as a heads up she hadn’t said anything over the speaker to us until that moment of getting an attitude and they should probably turn off the prerecorded voice that asks for your order since that’s obviously going to cause confusion, and we left talking about how rude this lady was. There were no obvious signs this place was closed— we were greeted and asked what we’d like to order, the menu board was on/lit up. Went a few businesses down to the McDonald’s where the employees aren’t rude and got much better service. Also, more food for a lower price than what we’d ordered at Burger King. Now we have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund on our orders. This place has always been slow, but this experience was a new low. I imagine it has to be frustrating having people show up after you’re closed suddenly, but maybe don’t treat paying customers like they’re at fault for staff issues when there’s absolutely no indication to said customers that there’s an issue. Read moreThis Burger king needs to be close down .Because they have very bad customer service. I had a cashier on Sunday on Mother's day that was very rude. I pull up to order and it took her 5min to take my order. I was the only one ordering and there was know one at the window. So she finally came on the mike And ask to take my order. And I told her I would like a ham egg and cheese on a croissant. She saided that they only had sausage and bacon Croissant. And I ask her was they out of them then And she saided they did have the ham croissant. And I pull up to the window and told her that she must be new.Because she didn't know if they had the ham croissant She got very upset and rude and saided I been here 2 yrs and then she slams the window close on me and was fussing telling someone in there. What I just saided. And a older women came to the window telling me she's been there two yrs. And she was not trying to stop this cashier from saying thing to me because me and her got into a confrontation. I don't know if this woman was a supervisor or what she didn't said to much. I told the cashier I was going to report her she saided she didn't care and also I took a couple of bites off the sandwich and the sandwich didn't taste right. I fell a little sick after I took those bite and couldn't eat it.

Read moreThe entire experience was TERRIBLE! The young lady taking the order was very unprofessional and rude. Never greeted us and rushed us during the order process. To make things worse, after placing the orders she indicated they only had sweet tea, minute maid, orange juice and water. No sodas. We accept minute made. She rudely said come to the 2nd window. As I drove around with payment of an unknown total because it was not displayed on the drive thru monitor I waited for her to give me a total in which she still didn't do. I gave my card to her as she swiped and handed it back. She passed the drinks as I said thank several times with no reply back. She closed the window and started texting while our food was just sitting next to her. She then noticed and passed the bags to me and closed the window to proceed to text. I knocked on the window to ask for a receipt thinking her name would be on it to file a complaint. No name listed so I'm posting here. We were never greeted. No hello. No thank you. No have a nice day. Worst customer service ever. Make matters worse my wife, my daughter and I threw out the food. We are not eating something as we can see that the employee hands aren't clean.
