Went to this location before getting on the freeway to head back home. My son loves McDonald’s kids meal so, he was definitely looking forward to getting his food. We went through the drivethru ordered,
Large Carmel macchiato COLD, extra Carmel and extra espresso
Might chicken nugget kids meal
Number two combo large
Med strawberry shake.
Let’s not mentioned we were constantly RUSHED, and asked “is that all”, “okay is that it” between just about every thing we ordered. Let’s not mention the large HUFF through the speaker. And NO I was not that car that took 5 minutes to ordered. Since we go to McDonald’s often, I know how to order and what we wanted.
She asked if we were done and if our order was correct in the screen. It is. We paid at window one. Pulled to window two, and that’s when everything went LEFT.
She came to the window with a HOT coffee, a large drink that appeared to be a coke or dr. Pepper. WHATEVER IT WAS, it was NOT what we asked for. I asked for a LARGE sprite with EXTRA ice. Let’s mention, “well my screen says...” with a LONG 4-5 second pause in mid sentence as she’s waving her hands trying to tell us her screen says a hot coffee and Dr Pepper. So they pull us up for turn drinks because the manager Melony stayed they didn’t want “there time to be to long”
I called into the store because, the way the manager let her employee STAND there, move her hands at the window and talk to us so rudely was APPALLING. I than asked for the number to the cooperate office because I couldn’t believe it.
Someone went inside get their order corrected as they came out to tell me the employees were laughing at how they messed up on our order, and pulled us up..
But wait, let’s not mention as when I called into the McDonald’s to ask for the manager and the cooperate number, she hands the phone to someone supposedly named Melody who claimed to be the manager say, “Here you take to them I don’t feel like dealing with that”.
I spoke to someone at cooperate office and I will be putting in a complaint with the BBB. I want a full refund and pull the cameras to see how ridiculous your employees are acting...
Read moreWe ordered the double quarter pounder Angel Reese meal ( large size ) along with two quarter pounder with cheese , ten chicken Mcnuggets and two apple pies with a shamrock ☘️ shake on the side . Upon arriving home, we noticed we were missing our ten piece chicken Mcnuggets!!! We love 20 to thirty minutes away from this McDonalds so , we called and a Hispanic lady manager got on the phone causing me to repeat myself numerous times while she pretended to know no English!!! I wondered how she could be a manager without being bilingual at least?? She was also quite nasty and short tempered !!! Despicably unprofessional and dismissive!!!!! We were inconvenienced by having to drive all the way back there with all of our ice cold food at that point then , ask another employee who was Spanish and understood me to speak to an English speaking manager! She pointed me in her direction. I explained what happened and she took all of the cold food away threw it out while we awaited our newly prepared order of food hot !!! When I got our food again, we discovered yet another mistake!!! The angel Reese burger wasn't a double quarter pounder, it was single !!! Now , that had to be corrected !!! We spent over 34.00 , gave the nice lady at the drive through window a $5.00 tip and a young man inside another 2.00 tip yet , we had to go through all of this stress and inconvenience !!! Although the English speaking shift manager was much kinder , she apologized but made no effort to offer a concession for all of the inconvenience we went through because of them !!! What is going on in the world now ? Who hires such rude and unprofessional beings and puts them in management positions and upper management when they lack the skill set to be in those positions!!!! The only thing good I can say is the Angel Reese burger was absolutely divine !!!! I'd like to hear what corporate has to say as soon as possible!!! Otherwise, RUN , RUN , RUN !!!! DON'T patronize this McDonalds!! You will regret it !!!!!...
Read moreThis is the first time I visited this McDonald's and didn't have to wait an eternity in the drive thru line, but the service was still LOUSY. I patiently placed an order, for it to be rung up wrong, by the day dreaming cashier. When the order was being filled, I realized what I ordered was not what I paid for and not what I ordered . I tried several times to explain this to the overly preoccupied staff, a bunch of workers doing nothing, who wanted to insist that's not what's on the receipt. It's not correct on the receipt because it was taken wrong by the day dreaming, non concerned order taker, in the drive thru. Never the less it was more important for the staff to be right then to have repeat business from paying customers. Repeatedly wanted to say, "We can't give away free food", I am very insulted and will be escalating this to the highest echelons of the McDonald's franchise, frankly all the franchises within a 50 mile radius of this one all operate at the lowest level possible, when it comes to customer services and food quality is always questionable. Back to my complaint, when I placed the order for what I wanted. I paid for what I wanted. It's not my fault if the order taker can't take orders correctly. Store #34129, will never receive another consumer dime of mine and you will be giving the food away before I ever pay for it again. So keep in placing and filling orders they way y'all feel like it, regardless of what the customer order, because it is more important for you all to look superior to your Co-workers than to receive repeat business. I am sure this is the successful formula that works for this franchise. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO...
