Well Culver's has officially went downhill. So we have not 8 at Culver's for a while honestly really because it's just so overpriced. But we got some coupons so it didn't taste us to go over and check it out again across from Carowinds. I'll just cut to the chase two burgers two concrete mixers and some cheese curds $41.00. If that wasn't ridiculous enough the food quality is subpar now. The cheese curds not very good anymore which completely surprises me. I think they're changed their recipe or the quality of the product or what they're deep frying it in I'm not sure but it just doesn't taste the same. Butter Burgers were okay we got doubles. And the concrete mixers I just were okay. I just remember the custard tasting better. Overall two people two burgers do concrete mixers and some cheese curds that aren't really that good and it's fast food and you're paying over $40? I would say pass on Culver's and go find some good place to eat. We could have went to Texas Roadhouse had an appetizer to dinners sat and enjoyed ourselves much much more for that or just a little bit more. Picture is of a family pack of curds.... yes I was going to dig into some curds and I wanted a bunch. :-) issue is $13.00 for a family pack of Kurds and this is how many you get. Not sure what it looks like in the picture to you but this would never feed a family as a side. Pretty disappointed in Culver's. I guess they're pretty proud of their food because of the prices but they shouldn't be because of the taste. And I won't be going back anytime soon and urge you to find someplace else to eat as well. I'm very sad about that as it used to be good.

Food was delicious and came out quickly even when the restaurant was slammed, can't complain about that. I'm complaining about the tripping/fire hazard this employee created while snapping an attitude at me. About and hour and a half before closing she blocked us and 3 other groups in the back corner of the restaurant with lines of chairs. People were trying to climb over them and move them and she starts yelling that she's closing this section. So when she walked by I jokingly asked "are you trapping us in here? People are getting tripped up trying to leave". And she snaps back with "this section is closed, you can leave anytime through this way" (and gestured to an area she had blocked with chairs). When we finished our meal she made a point to come back over to us and say "leave when you're ready". Basically implying that she wanted us to leave (it was still an hour before closing). I understand every business has closing procedures, but this particular procedure needs to be reevaluated by management and fire marshals. It is not only a safety issue if people need to exit the building in an emergency, but forcing people to climb over it just to leave after eating is a massive tripping hazard. We watched a middle-aged woman struggle to step over a chair and almost stumble.

The only time I give bad reviews is when service is bad. Even if the food is just mediocre I can give a place with good service a few stars. Culver's was, unfortunately, a huge disappointment. To begin with the cashier gave me very wrong information about the menu, then rang up all of our food wrong. The bill ended up being over $50 when it should have been $22. That was fixed by the manager who told us the cashier was a new employee. Which made me wonder why he was on the register with no assistance. After we got our order complete we went to find a table to sit at. Every single table was filthy. Dirty napkins, used cups, straw paper, and spilled salt littered the tables and floor. I went to an employee and asked if someone could wipe down the tables so that we could sit and eat. She looked at me as if I had made her uncomfortable or like she really didn't know what to do with my request. Needless to say, no one ever came to do that. When our food arrived I was not surprised that it was wrong. Cheese on everything that I requested it not be on. Smoothie was made wrong and the fries were cold. Once the order was remade the general consensus was the burgers were good, so I gave another star. But, honestly, it's wasn't worth the hassle.

Don’t go here if you value your hard earned money!!

Thee absolutely worst Culver’s I have ever been to. I have been to many different locations in different cities and states, ordering the same few items. This one takes the cake for bad customer service. I did not feel like a guest the two times I visited.

Instead of saying they have no employees who know how to make a root beer shake, they gave me a watery shake filled with soda. They gave me an old fashioned soda. TWICE!

The drive thru cashier gave me an attitude from the second I asked for a root beer shake. Her response to my order was “We can’t make that”, and because I said that surely someone inside knows how to make one, her and I sat there in silence. She couldn’t even finish taking my order because she was clearly irritated and didn’t care about the standards of the company she works for.

This girl gave me the milky soda and when I handed it back she gave me nothing else but attitude and then walked away. Her manager then explained to me that they no longer make old fashioned sodas. Let’s not forget that I ordered a shake and not an old fashioned soda. He said that they don’t have the equipment to make one. I explained to him how to make one and I also explained that special equipment is not needed because it’s not an old fashioned soda.

I realized that I was getting nowhere because nobody was listening to understand. They were just listening for me to stop talking so they could respond. They didn’t want to help and they didn’t want to make it right. So I settled for a soda instead of the shake. The manager was nice to me but failed to listen.

After receiving my order I realized that I forgot honey mustard so after causing a scene that I regret because it won’t change anything, I had to walk inside to get some. The second I opened the door near the soda machine, I could hear the cashier talking about me loudly. Loud enough to hear over by the soda machine. I approached the counter to see her and a coworker just leaning against the custard area carrying on conversation about what happened. Meanwhile the manager was close enough to see and hear what was going on.

Culver’s isn’t that expensive but it’s more expensive than most fast food chains so I don’t get to eat here often and it’s literally my favorite fast food(Fast Casual). So forgive me for having higher standards, but I’m not only paying for the food, I’m also paying for the experience.

I can never eat here again now that I’m the crazy lady who was difficult in the drive thru because of a bad employee who doesn’t understand the importance of...

I placed my order at 8:10pm for my group of 3 totaling $80 for an assortment of items including their ice cream concrete mixer. My order was placed through the app and was set for curbside pickup at 8:23pm. I arrive to the restraunt to find the line wrapped around the building and almost hanging out into the intersection, clearly busy for a popular location and being a Friday night. After waiting a few mins I was able to snag one of the 3 spots available for curbside pickup which the other 2 spots were taken by customers that went to dine in and not use the quick pickup method. I waited for 30 mins in this spot for my food to be carried out to my car which never happened. After the clock hit 8:50pm for my 8:23pm order I finally walked in to the busy establishment to get assistance. I was helped by a busy but helpful staff member which quickly found my order sitting on the shelf and insisted that my order just freshly came out the kitchen. Accepting her explanation and obvious assumption due to it being busy I accepted my order and left. After the brief 15 min ride to my hotel. I finally get to my food, concrete mixers half melted and my food room temp barely warm. I ordered family size chili fries that were now soggy and no longer hot and family size cheese curds which was probably hot fresh melty cheese bites now hard chewy cheese bites which had me reminiscing what could have been. I felt lied to about my order and my order experience failed through the app. I tried to be courteous ordering through the app due to my large order however next time I’ll definitely be self ordering in store or drive thru to ensure my food is given to me once it is finally made. I’ve had Culver’s before and it is very good however this visit definitely...
