Prior to a month before my event I and the owner of then restaurant established a contract hiring them for a catering service. We had hire them for previous events everything went smooth no problem. But unfortunately this time I’m very disappointed of what instead took place. For a week prior to my event I called the owner multiple times to drop of the full payment for the catering service I had contracted them for. But no answer! when we met up to do the contract he told me to pay him the day the service will take place he knew us from prior events. Well with being said my event began at 3 it was 1 and yet no had arrived. When I kept calling him STILL no answer. We decided to blow up the restaurant finally it’s almost 2 we finally get a hold of him only to the realization that lost our contract and completely forgot about our event. AND NO FOOD FOR EVENT! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! He admitted multiples he forgot! now you would think he would be a man of his words and maintain his contract and find us a solution. But instead he said I will make some calls and I’ll call you back. Well that was the last time I heard from him. When I kept calling him my phone went to voicemail he BLOCKED ME! I had his personal number since I had hire and recommended him 4 other times but I will no longer will be making business I recommend you don’t either If you’re looking for a Reliable catering service keep moving! Read moreThe food here is okay. Not the best not the worst. I’ve been meaning to search for a different Mexican place near by my moms. I come out to her house weekly and often she wants tacos and the spot is close so I go. The big dude there is cool. The lady is okay too but the young lady’s customer service is awful. I don’t pay too much attention to the customer service usually because I always get my food to go. However, tonight really pissed me off. What I am going to say might sound petty to you but hear me out. This place gives out stamp cards. I rarely take advantage. Two weeks ago I asked for one. They gave me the card with a stamp. Last week I grabbed a couple tacos and forgot to get a stamp. Tonight I told them I was here last week and forgot to get my card stamped. The lady told she cannot stamp it because there is no way to verify I was there. I the replied “why would I lie about that?”. She refused to honor my complaint. I handed her the card and walked out. It’s just a stamp, yes. But that really through me for loop. Later in the evening I remembered there was a time I stopped going and it had to do with the stamp cards!!! I had one stamp card with 6 stamps and the other with 3 or whatever it took to add up to a reward. They simply would not combine these two cards. I’m glad I remembered. This place closes at 7:50pm not 8pm I drove really really far, got there 10 minutes before they closed and she tells me AS THE LAST CUSTOMER WALKS PAST ME that, she just took her last customer.... I even called at 7:30 several of times to place an order before I arrived she then says they stop answering around 7:40 ( I have mutiple of calls in my call log showing I called at 7:30) When clearly it says you close at 8pm on your website and google... If you know you close early and stop answering calls at that time it should be something stating that for people like ME who travel 35 minutes away... So if you plan to stop and order or call and order do it before 7:30 if you know you're not going to make it until 10 minutes before closing (8pm). She didn't even offer to help just a weak sorry.
