I wouldnât normally go out my way to leave a bad review but I felt this needed to be shared , I have eaten here numerous time and my food is excellent and theyâre pretty polite and casual, todays experience was not so much, when we arrived we were greeted by a sweet woman who said she would check on our order, as she trailed off an older white man could be heard ranting about not being paid enough to do everyoneâs job proceeding his way back to the window on the opposite side of the drive thru (we had a mobile pick up) He then comes over and gives us our 2 drinks, and a small bag with only one half of our order, I then waited patiently for a few and he returned and I explained I had 2 pick 2 meals, meaning 4 sandwiches and 2 fries. Not just 1.
He then took my bag back and proceeded to scold the girl about how he needed 4 sandwiches not 2. A few minutes go by again and she returns with my bag with 4 sandwiches and 1 fry, but after hearing him speak to her I felt guilty and left. Note not 1 of the 4 sandwiches I ordered was correct, which isnât ideal but not nearly as big of an issue as the customer service. At not fault to this woman, I feel if you donât like your job and donât want to work somewhere; go somewhere else, she did not deserve to be spoke to in this manner by this man, who was clearly her supervisor , and to add he didnât verify any of my order nor did he care enough to make sure it was correct or all my items were in my bag cause ultimately he scolded her about 2 burgers but he missed a whole fry too, it was MEALS, youâd think after all the waiting and patience and kindness I had he wouldâve attended to making sure everything was at least there⌠I couldâve thrown a fit or been mean myself but I work in food so I understand and have a lot of compassion for service workers. It can be extremely stressful.
I hope reading this , someone...
Read moreMoving away from a city where the options of fast food are greater has not been an adjustment that has been an easy one. Rally's has always been my go-to. However, this one is not the greatest. I travel 15 to 20 miles outside of my town to get a 2-3 star rating experience. Rally's has gone to automated ordering for many of their locations, which is baffling to me. Part of eating out is the relationship as a customer that you build with the people who work there. After the AI took my order and cut me off, I waited in the line for a long time. Pulling up to the window, the cashier didn't greet me. She just stated the total. I paid for my food - my food was not made correctly, and my daughters cheese sticks were clearly kept past hold times. They were inedible. These days, people are struggling to put groceries on their table, let alone eat out. It's a luxury most cannot afford. So, when we can, it would just be nice to get service that is worthy of our hard...
Read moreThis location has a big issue. This is like the third time that I've gone here and sat at the speaker just to be told that they've closed early. It says that they're open until 2:00 a.m. I was there around 11:20 p.m. I am a doordash driver and had multiple orders to this rallies and I had cancel every order because they closed early. Seems like a lot of money is being left on the table. This time I was there for myself to eat and lo and behold the same thing happened about 11:00 at night. The gentleman on the speaker said can't you see the lights are out? We are closed. He did apologize for being closed . There was multiple cars in the parking lot so I know they had employees inside the store. Me and one other car was in the drive-thru in neither one of us were served. I know this is not Rally's owner's fault but I really suggest you check on your employees because they are costing you a...
