McDonald's — Restaurant in Pittsburg

Picked up 3 meals &an order of crispy chicken strips with 3 pies. Arrived home only to find there was no chicken strips! 🤬That was the fifth order in a row that was screwed up. I went back to the store and spoke with the manager asking her if it took a rocket scientist to work here and showed her my receipt letting her know about the missing chicken. I tod her this was the 5th time my order was messed up. She "apologized" then she put a box of chicken in a bag & then dropped the bag on the counter. I looked in the bag and asked about the dipping sauce, at which time she said I'll get you some and tossed it in the bag. At that time I said it'll be a while before I come back and the manager then said " fine, don't come back", at which time other employees chimed in supporting the manager telling me not to come back and even started bad mouthing! If this is the type of employees this store hires I guess the owner doesn't mind loosing $400 + a month from this family. I've worked retail and it doesn't matter how angry a customer gets, you NEVER talk back or bad mouth...

Disgusting store that hire employees that either are not trained correctly or are and don't care enough to make your food correctly. Mcdoubles and double cheese burgers always have way too much ketchup, they repush the timers so they don't have to make more fresh items, I've gotten burger meat that was so dry and disgusting I couldn't eat it, found hair different color then mine in burgers, they'll serve you cold fries because they d ok not want to have to throw anything away, tables rarely get cleaned and some employees are just plain disgusting with bad hygiene and attitudes. I will never go back to this store ever again. They even keep raising prices and are more expensive than the...

ordered two meals. the guy that took my order acted as if he didn't care. cause as we ordered he would say is that it. after the food was ordered I asked for one of the seasonal sauces. then when we pull up to the window to pay he takes my card and runs it. DID NOT give my receipt to me (thinking ok it'll be in the bag). After getting our food I pull to other side.
