Today was Napoli's Italian Restaurant. Atmosphere: very dated, chairs with rips on the seats, very dated interior with generic Italian pictures all along the walls. Service: greeted by one server, order taken by another and food delivered by a 3rd. Overall the speed and attention were good. Did not finish meal but no questions seemed to cone from the server. Menu: vast selection of classic Italian and Italian American items. Chicken, uveal, seafood and pizza. Food impressions Calamari: very salty, not alot of rings but more or less bits and pieces, looked anemic on the plate. Crispy batter, but lacked in all other respects. Sauce was pitiful, tasted like an old plan canned sauce. Anything would help it, seasoning, salt, pepper but not the way it was. Veal Siciliano: overcooked veal, overcooked pasta, overcooked mushrooms and a sauce that isn't fit for anyone. Per the menu it was a white wine sauce. All I could taste was lemon, sauce was thick and stuck to my fork. Veal was overcooked and chewy. Overall: if you are looking for a taste of Italy, go somewhere else. They may have possible other great entrée but not what I have tried Note: will be stopping back at a later date to retry and reassess review

Server was nice just spoke quietly she seemed to be very busy the other two people were helping keep tables clean and bring out food. Our food was good. But, my other half got shrimp florintine. Found out the shrimp had the tail still on and as she took it off she found the legs and stuff that should of been off still there. Now we understand the process and don't blame them. One slipping thru by accident. But when we ask something simple don't get an attitude and speak a different language. My food on the other hand was Sylvia's special that was really good I just got too full. All in all cost wasn't to bad the wait time wasn't either. The restaurant itself wasn't bad just the chairs were showing a little age. I'm not sure when we will go back maybe down the road we will try it again.

Stopped in one evening this weekend with my fiancé and we had an amazing meal! It’s hard to find an Italian restaurant that we actually think meets the mark, but we were pleasantly surprised! I got the chicken piccata and loved it. He got the spaghetti with meat sauce. Both large portions, great pricing, and served quickly. The food was only outdone by the amazing service we received. True, genuine kindness, great attention, and we felt like good friends in for a visit. We will absolutely be back!

The food is mostly good. Skip the salads they are bad, always drenched in dressing with wilted produce and served warm. The menu is very large, probably too large for the size of their kitchen and staff. I don't think they are able to manage the size and scope of the menu.

The front of the house is very disorganized. The staff look like they really want to work hard they just don't have any direction on how a restaurant should flow.

I almost always order delivery, last time I ordered pickup I arrived at the suggested time on slice and was told it would be another 45 minutes. They missed items I had to show them the receipt on my phone to prove that I had even ordered and paid for it, because "their" receipt didn't show the items. They gave me a slice of cheesecake to makeup for the delay (side note from a previous order I can tell you I would never order their cheesecake its probably the worst in town but their cannoli are great so if you order dessert get the cannoli skip the cheesecake).

Tables are never bussed when busy. If you walk in during a busy time expect to sit surrounded by dirty dishes. In a run down dining area with torn vinyl seats. A whole section of the dining room has stacks and stacks of papers.

Last time I ordered from slice.com The whole experience from time of placing the order to getting the last item I ordered was 135 minutes. Expect to wait, expect items to be wrong, always check your order.

This place could be great if they had better management...

Small, family owned, friendly, cozy place to eat. Napoli's has been my absolute favorite place to eat on one of our occasional dining out meals, for years. Their menu has so many choices. Italian style dishes include pastas, soups, seafood, fish, steaks, sandwiches, pizzas, and so much more. The menu also has a kids menu with a variety of choices, lunch menu, and dessert menu. Lunch comes with complimentary soup or salad, and rolls. Lunch prices are discounted from the dinner menu price. While you wait, they serve unlimited freshly made delicious dinner rolls, on the house. Nonalcoholic beverage purchases include free refills. They have specials with all ingredients listed for each item, that they write on a large whiteboard near the register counter. The two of us can eat lunch for the same price that we do at a fast-food chain place, and leave with a to-go drink and leftovers box! The difference is that we sit down at a table in a cozy restaurant and enjoy real food. Your food is freshly prepared right when you order, so there is a wait. This isn't fast-food. It's not a place to stop for a quick bite to eat. It's a place to stop and enjoy your company and your freshly prepared, delicious meal, in a very nice atmosphere, served by friendly staff.

No matter how much I tell you about this wonderful place, you will never know what I'm truly describing. So, you should go there and enjoy this experience for yourself. 😉 Always tip your servers. Especially, when they are having...

This place needs some serious Italian love put into it. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We were visiting Pittsburgh from out of town and decided to try it for dinner. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and I should have taken that as a sign to run. When we entered, there was only 1 other table occupied. The restaurant was dated, but sometimes the run down establishments are the best, so we tried to remain positive. The kitchen staff was all standing around in the back staring at us as we entered the restaurant. It was extremely awkward and an uncomfortable atmosphere. The waitress immediately brought bread and we ordered drinks. The bread was dry and looked like it was 3 days old. For us to not finish off a bread basket is rare, but we let most of it untouched. Our appetizer was not good. The marinara dipping sauce tasted like it was half ketchup and poured from a can. Eventually our food came, I say eventually because based on the lack of customers and the kitchen staff standing around, it took way too long for our food to be delivered. The food lacked any excitement. The plates looked bland and it was more of the same in taste. The cheese ravioli had the same canned sauce used in the appetizer. The Alfredo sauce was thin, milky, and flavorless. Perhaps Napoli’s should focus more time on making their food taste better than updating their “Joke of the Day” board at the...
