Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Pittsburg

It's taco tuesday! My husband and I were going to go out for 🌮's but we decided to be safe and stay in. We like the casey's taco pizza $11.99 before taxes on sale but wanted to try somewhere a little different. We called the locally Pizza Hut to ask about taco pizza options. The guy my husband spoke with was helpful with let us what they had and what was on the pizza. The pizza he quoted was $19.99+taxes. We said nah, but I don't get up that easy I found a coupon making the pizza cheaper $10.99+ taxes than the casey taco pizza. So pizza hut taco 🍕 it was. We drove to the pizza hut can't go inside because of Regulation :/. But they have a drive Thur. The lady that was at the window took off her gloves and replaced them and was waring her mask properly. I just made a visit to this establishment. I had redeemed points online for a free pizza and when i arrived to pick up my order i was disappointed to learn that my order had not gone through the system properly and they did not receive my order. So why the 5 star review? Because the manager was incredibly understanding of my situation and at the risk of giving away food to someone who was potentially trying to schmooze their way into getting free food, he took my order and ensured i did not go home empty handed. They totally neglect the drive through. I had a guy walk up to the warmer by the window and turn around and walk away.

4 months later at the remodeled pizza hut- we ordered online and showed up at the drive through to pay. After we payed the worker said they were cutting our pizza and to pull around the front. I went inside to get it and they said sorry it's still in the oven. About 20 minutes later they got my pizza, only to open up the boxes at home and realize I got the wrong pizza.

Edit: they have improved quite a bit in the last couple of months. Much speedier service now. Changed my 2 start review to 4
