I’ll start this review with I love the convenience of this location. The staff are usually friendly but more often than not I have a problem with the food consistency. A handful of times now I’ve been asked to pull forward after I paid for my items because they’re busy… there is no “pull forward” without blocking pedestrians or other cars, if they ask you to do this you have to drive all the way around the parking lot to find a spot, it’s not safe to be telling anyone to pull forward. I worked fast food and i understand yinz got a timer on the drive thru so I even started coming in more when I order a “bigger order” (never over $30). But some times I don’t want to get out of my car to come in so that’s why I use the drive thru. Also the last 2 times I’ve went I never got my whole order so I have to pull around and come in anyways. It was due to them training a new employee this last time but why can’t there be someone to make sure they’re doing the job right if they’re still learning? I’m not looking for Michelin star service but know when the food is burnt or not done enough, too many times I’ve spent my $ money here only for it to be thrown away because it’s inedible. This morning I got a knife with my loaded hash brown (check the photo), it was hilarious but also really hard to eat cheesy hash browns with a knife, I do not recommend. Hope you guys work out the kinks because this location has some...

The menu model seems to have moved farther from donuts to lunch foods since COVID, which is fine, but Dunkin definitely missed the memo on "health". Don't expect to find many KETO, Paleo, Low Carb, or other healthy options. I'm still holding out hope they find their way down this road.
Security is always a challenge. Especially in today's world. However, I would recommend staying clear of this location at times when the schools let out. This is the time of day when fights can break out in the parking lot and teens try to front run the lobby to get the bathroom key.

Love this location, only one that can get things right the first time. Always, ask for Tabitha if you can she's going to give you the best service. It's too bad Xander doesn't work there anymore he was one of their best employees but he is off to bigger and better things. I almost gave them four stars because they refuse to put anything with lemon curd on their menu, ugh! It would be really nice to see some more Gluten Free/Keto options now that they're moving away...

Ingorant, rude, obnoxious and nasty employee(young male), and the manager is just as bad, i think its her son the way she talks to customers. Im surprised if this place even makes money, rarely anyone inside, with the managers attitude toward customers andlife in general i can clearly understand why. WORST DUNCAN DONUTS in the COUNTRY. I believe corporate should do a surprise visit or send in an undercover, hate to see it close up over a few bad seeds working inside and running the place... Today i watched a male employee harass a customer, made some rude comments about the guy asking for extra sugar in his coffee, then the customer asked to speak to mgmr and she was even worse, i never seen someone act so unprofessional at their place of employment, especially a manager...Several ppl walked out as i did after listening to this employee and manager talk to a customer like they did over the man and his daughter simply asking for a few extra sugars in their coffee...Im glad the customer tho gave both of them a piece of his mind!!! Thismgmr and employee deserved way more, like...
