Omg just left Literally 30mins ago it’s 1:30p.m 5/17/2023 … I didn’t get the young lady’s name that serves us but she was really nice and welcoming and friendly definitely felt like I stepped into a family member house . Yea it in the cut off Braddock ave but it’s FIRE 🔥 SO GOOD MAKE YOU WANNA SLAP SOMEBODY JUST NOT MAMA IM FROM LOS ANGELES ME AND MY HUNNY PASAED BY AT FIRST BUT REALLY BUSSED A U TURN N GLAD WE DID. I rarely eat here but people tell me it's better than showcase bbq I beg to differ I absolutely believe in good customer service and the guy who has the dred locs is always rude ignorant and he always have a attitude he don't belong in customer service at all I went in there with my children because showcase was closed and my kids wanted bbq this day. The guy the dred head guy tried to get tuff with a woman while her children were present. Don't let him talk to the wrong person one day and they take all their frustrations out on that ran down place they call a bbq joint they can do better renovation wise and a whole new employment staff. I will never eat there again. And a side note tell the employees to please wash their hands before handling...
