For months my pregnant wife would pass Tim's on our walks, drooling over the thought of cold cuts. Today, I called there on a mission to deliver her a sandwich that would taste as fresh as if we walked out the front door and sat down on the patio to eat. Those guys turned a simple order into a total success by breaking everything down and making it easy to reassemble during our stay in post pardon at the hospital.    Read moreCame in shortly before close. I'm unaware of what closing procedures are, and how long they take, but the counter guy seemed way more interested in leaving than providing quality service. I stated and restated my deli order, including the thickness of cuts multiple times. I was constantly met with comments about how close to closing it was. Between those comments, and me repeating how thick I wanted the slices (quarter inch), he held up a full inch thick slice. At this point I said "a quarter inch" at least twice, and accepted the full chunks, since he didn't seem to want to use the slicer, which was confirmed when he commented his satisfaction on not having to use it....
