Hot Harry's Burritos - Tyler Street — Restaurant in Pittsfield

I am dissapointed with my visit today at this location. I just started going to hot Harry's within the last 2 weeks and I really regretted going and spending $15 on a classic griller today because it legitimately was basically all rice, a little cheese and sour cream... the store was very busy, which I get happens. The staff were working hard and were nice. But I think being busy really made everyone scramble a lot causing some mishaps. Orders were getting mixed up or wrong. The wait was 20+ minutes and I was 3rd in line. I ordered a griller but they made a burrito and had to remake it once I caught on that they had made the wrong item and they did quickly scrambled to remake it however scrambling and havi multiple people handle one order, caused it to have no salsa, no lettuce, no sauce that I requested (which I did catch the no sauce part and the cashier gave me a to go cup with that) but there also was almost no chicken, no beans... it was just basically a rice and cheese wrap with some sour cream... for $15... it was an absolute waste of my money and my time as the wait was so long. I was fine with the wait I was patient and in no rush, but to then end up with that for my food as the outcome and having wasted $15 on it was very disappointing. I'm glad I caught that they atleast didn't add the hot sauce I asked for because without that cup of it, the griller wouldn't have been edible. It saved it enough to just eat as I was starving and at this time of day didn't have time to go find another option for dinner and waste more money. I barely write reviews on here but this is a must after how disappointed I was after my last visit here. I can't tell exactly what happened but it seems management from North St. has taken over Tyler St. and everything here has turned for the worse. The new guy they hired (maybe he's the owner idk) that seems to be the top dog rushes the whole meal making process, makes mistakes and doesn't know how to deal well with people (granted it's Corona season but c'mon). Food is different, in some ways better if you like more oily food (I do), but I know for others (like my buddy) they will say it's less fresh. The bowl has changed from a nice round typical bowl and is more like an oval which makes it hard af to mix and definitely prevents staff from giving as much food. The new guy said the new bowl is the same amount they have for their old bowl but that's straight BS. I used to go here so often and loved the staff (and I still do for the ones that still remain) I would have even considered it a 5 star fast food joint in the Berkshires. I'm no longer going to this establishment however because it breaks my heart. I kept the review at 2 stars because the food isn't horrible, and the remaining staff members that remember the good ol' days keep it good. From now on I'll just make my own food at...

This was the 4th time in a row that I haven't had a good experience here. Today I ordered a harvest burrito that was advertised on their website and was given last month's burrito of the month. If the burrito wasn't available then I should have been informed about it when I specifically asked for the harvest burrito. On top of ordering nachos with no beans that came covered in beans.. the time before this incident I ordered online and showed up 20 minutes after I ordered. After waiting in line for 10 minutes without anyone asking for pickup orders they finally asked and they said I ordered from north street, so waiting another 10 minutes to be able to show them my receipt, I show them and they said that that's weird and they will make me another, they continued to make other customers orders and for another 10 minutes im waiting and they asked me what I ordered, I tell them and all of a sudden they remembered that they already made that order 30 minutes ago. I never have this problem going to North Street and I will no longer be going to Tyler Street as I give them the benefit of the doubt ever single time I order from here. Very disappointed in the service and seriousness presented by the staff and the quality of the food...
