I want to start out with, we were excited to try this incarnation of Hudpuckers. Ordered 8 wing app for $16. Was brought 7 wings. Now I gotta ask for one more wing out of sheer hunger and the fact that they're $2 a piece. Server apologized and brought out 2 more eventually. No biggie but c'mon. Wings were decent but not $2/wing decent.
Ordered a patty melt with carmelized onions (not sure exactly what they call it), which I was excited about cause I love a good patty melt. After waiting for like 45 min after the app initially came, the "melt" arrived. Well folks, if you cooked all components of the melt seperate, (burger, bacon, grilled bread, cheese) then let them cool off totally, then reassembled them, you may be close to what I experienced. Also, it said carmelized onions...none found on the sandwich. The burger had no juice left on it, under it, inside it, was dry and overcooked. Honestly, I think it was pre-cooked and served (warmed up) when ordered. Only way I could explain the lack of juice and temp. The bread (looks like white bread) was toasted at best not grilled. You could even separate the cheese (sliced deli cheese) from the bread and burger, definitely not a melt or melted together. To top it off, the fries came out pre-cooked cold, IYKYK.
I ate a few fries and almost half the sandwich before I just felt kinda gross eating it. Told the server right up front, im gonna pay for this but look at it. Cold, cheese not melted, previously overcooked burger, no carmelized onions, etc, etc. Obviously nothing to say to what was presented and it wasn't her fault anyway. So I kinda felt like a jerk saying anything but I hoped she at least let the kitchen know that they're serving food that's low quality and sad.
To the owner of this establishment, if you allow your kitchen/cooks to serve this kind of food under your brand or name, you stand no chance to be successful. One bad experience stops many from trying an establishment just by word of mouth. I hope this review, which is my first ever, helps you to make positive changes so that others don't end up here leaving reviews that will ultimately hurt...

I had been looking for my wallet for nearly two weeks and was starting to lose hope. I hadnât seen any unauthorized charges on my card, so I assumed it might still be somewhere at home. One day, I called Hudpuckers to order food for takeout, and the moment I gave my name, they told me they had my wallet and had been keeping it safe in their office the whole time!
I was completely blown away. The honesty and care they showed meant so much to me. They could have easily said nothing, but instead, they protected my belongings and remembered my name after all that time.

On one occasion I thought my portion of French Fries was a bit lite, so when I made my next order I mentioned it. The folks at Hudpuckers responded to my note and supplied me with a generous offering of their exceptional truffle fries and responded back with a friendly acknowledgement.
Itâs THISâŚ. This one little detail that makes all the difference. These guys were attentive, receptive and made a good meal a great experience. In a world of diminishing quality and overpriced everything, the staff at Hudpuckers stands apart and shows the nature of their character.
