This is the pizza I got. We ordered three cheese slices and one can of soda. He charged $12. $3 per slice! Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind paying for good food and service. But with that said, last week my Fiancé got two cheese slices for $5. I was unhappy with this slice. I went up to him to pay so we can leave right away. I mentioned the pizza was very flabby. He said “well that’s how we do it and if you want crispy, you need to order a tray or else it’ll be dry cheese.” I’m sorry, I’ve had MANY slices from other places and they can make it just fine.
We left and went to Majestic Lunch and as we were walking there two women said, “let me guess, you got it from Napoli’s. I stopped going there years ago.” That’s awful!! Majestic staff were very pleasant. We got 2 Chili dogs, 1 fry and 1 soda for $9! That’s a steal by the way!
So I go back to Napoli’s because I am curious about the prices. As I am checking the menu he said “Can I help you??” I asked if he can show me where the prices are for slices and he said “they aren’t listed.” I said okay, but you charged my fiancé a different prices last week? He said, “oh well different staff.” I’m sorry?! That’s not cool. He charges based on how he feels per customer?!
Then he proceeded to blame me saying I asked if they have lunch specials for slices, which in my defense most pizza places do for lunch. I told him he’s very rude and the least he could have done was correct the issue. Very unprofessional. Even the two women I ran into said the same.
I hope this post brings awareness as to how treating one person can negatively impact their business. Not only did he lose my business, but he lost several friends and...

What is the point of online menus if you aren't going to allow the customer to purchase within their budget? This isn't fine dining folks, it's a pizza place in a town with no shortage of proprietors in the trade."
Since my initial review I have tried multiple times to order from Napoli's... 4 times to be exact. My family and I were able (based on our needs or their availability) to order once from these attempts. On one occasion they were closed for a family vacation. On another they offered no specials and we were seeking a mid week deal so their competition won our business. The third time we were able to order and did so. The pricing was still blind but my girlfriend really wanted to try their chicken parm and pizza. The pizza was slightly above average and the chicken parm was bland and lacking. The last attempt (ever) to order was a Saturday afternoon and we were told their delivery driver was unavailable until after 4pm.
Ok food from a very poorly run business. We won't waste our time or money keeping them in the mix...
Read moreIn town for a few days and wanted some some good pizza pie and a calzone. Looked into ALL pizza joints in the area and after reading dozens of reviews about all the pizza restaurants in the area, I decided to go to Napoli's Pizza. It is location in downtown in a very Kool looking upgraded historical building. Very clean and welcoming. The staff was very warm as we entered and we took our seat. Full windows all around, very open area looking out onto South Main. We ordered some gravy fries, a large calzone and medium cheese pizza. Gravy fries were delicious and when the large calzone showed up I was blown away by how huge it was. I dug right into it and it was the best calzone I had ever eating. Super-duper impressed with all the food we order and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place. I will go out of my way next time just to eat here again when I get even close to this area. Talked with the owner/pizza maker and he is very passionate about his business and the quality if food he puts out there for people to enjoy. Overall great experience....
