Starbucks — Restaurant in Placentia

I ordered a Dragon fruit lemonade and the drink didn't have any sugar. Of course the drink comes with lemonade but the drink seems not to have any. Worst part was when I returned to ask for it, a male barista was there and I told him about my drink. His response was " it is what it is". and he said I will put more sugar if you want. I was mad at that point and I said could you please? so he in mad way, pull a syrup and pumped like 3 times in kind of aggressive mode and told me here. After I left, the syrup was actually a Vanilla syrup making the drink even worse. Not sure what his problem was understanding that Starbucks drinks are kind of pricey just not to make it right. I rated 1 start for his bad customer...

I have been a Starbuck member since they first opened Starbuck in fullerton/placentia . I had the best experience with the crew. This new Starbuck in kraemer /Yorba linda has the worst set up and organization. I run every morning and I give them at least 5 min before I arrive by the time I get there they have several people waiting . I’ve been to a lot of Starbuck. This is the worst order 10 min ahead . Tustin and Chapman I can order in my car and walk to the window less than 2 min...

Everyone I come here at 7 they do t wanna make any blended drinks like they clean early to leave early and they don’t wanna dirty the machine that is very unprofessional and wrong to turn your customers away you guys need to hire new staff that is not lazy that is poor...
