My husband and I needed to kill time while waiting for a friend and I googled “restaurants near me”; this was not the first/only restaurant but it was the only one that caught our attention. We wanted to go somewhere small and cozy, great food at great prices, with an atmosphere and staff who are friendly and upbeat…This checked all our boxes! Every member of the staff(young and young-at-heart) were delightful! It’s been our experience that you “take in what you dish out”(pun intended). I’ve personally never felt more cozy in any other restaurant! The moment we walked through their literally open doors I caught smiles and positive energy from both staff and guests. It was noisy like most restaurants during breakfast time but not inappropriately noisy. You could tell the conversation was low key and respectful. The crowd was primarily older adults which I assume are probably regulars. The decor was very country American and even the bathroom was comfortable to be in. It was clean and tidy.
Most importantly….The FOOD was delicious! I ordered the Tijuana scramble with hash browns and a side of homemade biscuits. My husband got the mushroom burger with fries. I can’t speak for his burger(though he did rave about it) but I was very satisfied with my choice. Everything tasted fresh and the eggs were moist and not overcooked. Loved the veggies mixed in and the roasted corn salsa gave that extra bit of flavor (without the heat). The biscuits rivaled my mom’s biscuits and with a little butter they were perfection!
The ladies there were awesome and checked on us long after we’d finished our meal even just to chat. We both had such a memorable experience and can’t...

Breakfast was delightful and came out has described in the menu. The breakfast sandwich truly was delicious and brought back memories of Christmas morning and Grandma making these delicious morning sandwiches. The French toast tasted great too served witharge pieces of bacon. There are daily breakfast specials not listed on the menu but noted on a blackboard outside.
The ambiance has a hometown neighborly feel. It seems that many regulars visit this cafe. During our visit we noticed the cafe can fill up quickly. There are a few booths for a more private feel. The are plenty of outside seating but if it is too cold in the morning, then I suggest to arrive early.
Service was quick and friendly. Coffee was always at the ready just to keep the mug warm. The location seemed very clean. Servers bussed the tables quick to allow new patrons to sit and enjoy.
The price is somewhat similar to what you would expect typical franchise eateries. However, the taste of the food, the service and neighborhood feel makes up for...
