Few years ago, my mother got in trouble with the local McDonald’s at Broadway in Placerville. However, at the time I was not there. I left the car to go be somewhere for personal reasons. That night, my mom was informed by an officer that she can not go into that McDonald’s. Which was okay by her, and she always have me walk in to grab something if we were in a hurry and we near by this.
Tonight, on 9/4/17 around 9:30pm, I walk into the McDonald’s. I ordered my large fries and I got curious about the “right to refuse service” sign and how long it was there. I ask the cashier about it, since it’s been a while I have been in this McDonald’s and wondered if it was new.
I was informed that: “Technically, you are not supposed to be in here because of what happened few years ago with ( ex employee name).” I was told this by the night manager, a lady with blonde hair and looks to be early 40’s. I was appalled by how harsh and rude the tone and wording here.
“Do you wish for me to leave, if I am causing an issue to be here?” I wanted to know my place in the McDonald’s and make a note of it. This was after I payed for my Large Fries.
“ Oh no, you can stay!” She mention to me with the same tone as before. At this point, I just shrug my shoulders and went to lean against something to wait. I felt it was no point to cause an issue for it was late at night.
So, I took note the same night manager gave a look to the cashier. I felt it was little odd, but nothing I can do. So, I apologize to the Night Manager as I walk out in case I added some stress and I was taught to own up my actions.
I got no word from her, just a dirty look. Once, I was home in my pjs and ready to rest from my day. I open my bag.
Cold. Wet. Fries.
I got my food spit in for something I wasn't’t apart of. I only know, because my mother inform me of that night’s events.
I would not eat here if you or someone you know works in the location. If they dislike you or you are with someone they dislike, you get your...

I had no issue paying but when I got to the second mean I got additude from the young female who told me everything is in the bag. I asked for the honey mustard and she said I would have to pay $.25 extra.
I checked the kids meal box and my bag and there was no sauce. I showed her and she gave me two honey mustard. Then I left.
Later when I took a bite of the McRib I found green mold on the bread!
My son had already eaten his food and told me he felt sick. He's 6 years old. I won't be back, this location has failed to deliver any great customer service and when I tried reaching out to the manager I was told to call back later. When I asked when they told me they didn't know and they couldn't help me.
I will be following up with the health department and making a formal complaint.
Service and quality of getting the order in the drive thru is hit and miss. Double check your order before leaving. The inside is a little better but not...
Read moreI wanted to give more stars but honestly I can't more times than not. The service at this location is horrible and I'm not sure if it's because they can't keep regular staff or the management just isn't present. I'm not really sure what the deal is but if it's not someone being in the Drive-Thru. Then it's an order being wrong. I've worked in the service industry for many years and really it's just a lack of focus. People wanting to not pay attention or be attentive for whatever reason and it's unfortunate. I had a really upsetting experience last week with a doordash. To put in short, the manager had already closed the The location but he was still inside. The Dasher was knocking on the window to get my food. That was clearly in view in the bag and he told her no. Because he didn't want to hand it to her. Such a stickler for the rules, although I don't think he understands the service part of the job and should probably undergo some...
