Worst experience ever!
So, I went to my recreational spot and arrived early. I was there before the employees even showed up. I waited until they opened at 10am and ordered online. Then, I waited in the parking lot as 20+ people went in and out buying their product. As a veteran I struggle with PTSD, anxiety, and other social disorders. I called the front office and the only thing they could say is that they are short staffed and they would get to me. You being short staffed is not my problem but management. So, I waited longer thinking maybe they will get to me. More people came and went through the front door. So, I went in to speak with a manager. Instead I’m confronted by the security guard who thinks he is the manager and will address the issue. I explained that I ordered online at 10 am. It is now 10:30 and I have watched as you have taken in at least 30 people ahead of me. He told me to have patience and that they were short staffed. I told him, that they weren’t short staffed enough to take the 30 people ahead of me? He laughed at me and then threatens me by saying that I am in breach of my written contract with them and will be kicked out. At this point, I am not really sure how me expressing my displeasure and dissatisfaction with their customer service ends me with getting kicked out. Especially by a security guard and not the actual manager (who never showed up). Maybe the security guard is the manager? I guess this is how they treat there veterans that gave there all so you could even have a business. I would advise everyone to seek business else where. Obviously they are all about money and NOT...

They walked me over to look at them and I picked out two from the ones they pointed out. After I got home I realized they were pods and a battery was needed for them. I went back to the store and they wouldn’t exchange them or give me a refund. They wanted me to buy a battery to use with the pods that cost more than one of the disposable pens. If I walked in there and picked the items out myself, I wouldn’t be as irritated. The fact that they helped me pick them out and then wouldn’t give me a refund is ridiculous. It was a relief to have my budtender know what the heck she was talking about. Knowing the menu & recognizing exactly what I'm explaining. That experience is priceless and just helps soo, much. I always feel like a kid in a candy store. Quality experience, with a quality menu. Equals, Happy Customers... My recommendations, Maven Genetics, and pretty much anything from Lolo.
