Beggar's Pizza — Restaurant in Plainfield

This is the worst Beggars I have ever eaten at. when we arrived it was very cold inside of the restaurant. We ordered a large pizza for the kids and a small ground beef taco pizza for ourselves. When the taco pizza arrived we noticed that it was chicken and not ground beef as we had ordered. We told the waitress that the order was incorrect and she took it to the back and came back saying the manager asked if we could just keep the chicken or he would make us another one. we asked the waitress to make us another Pizza which took 45 minutes to come out of the back ( that's longer than a deep-dish mind you). When the pizza came it did not have a taco taste at all it had a ground beef smothered in grease taste. We asked to speak to the manager who was a gentleman wearing a hoodie and oversized jeans. we expressed our unhappiness to the manager and his reply was "what would you like for him to do. I explained to him that I would like to be compensated for my inconvenience and he looked at me as though I was speaking another language. He told me he would take $10 off of the bill and was unhappy about doing that. when it was time to pay the bill I stated to the waitress that I had a Groupon she went to the kitchen door and yelled in "and she also has a Groupon" with an attitude. this is my first and last time eating at this Beggars not to mention the kids pizza dough was...

Wasn't going to review this place because I didn't want to be harsh. But as a father of 9 who hails from the south side and has had beggars pizza in it's glory can't sit by and allow hard earned money to be spent here. This is the worst pizza I have had in my life. Hands down and I am 52 and had pizza everywhere. The crust is the hardest crust of any pizza I have had, almost has broke my teeth chewing through the rubber like texture seems the dough has turned which happens at times because missed rotation of dough trays. The sauce seems to be tomato magic straight from the can with no seasoning. It may be mixed with 7/11. The cheese is bataglia imatation cheese which taste like wax and don't melt. Sausage was okay toppings okay we had mushroom, green pepper and onion. We asked for thin crust and reserved regular crust which we were lied to by our server..but it's okay she's was young and she is just that young and don't know better. First of all I would like to start off by saying I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION OR ANY LOCATION... I ordered food, had it delivered. This place overcharged my card and when I called to speak to the manager, which was Carlos, he told me the bank must have messed up. So got nowhere with this. Then I decided to call back later on and speak with the "Store Manager" Paul. I briefly explained my situation and he started YELLING at me, and when I say yelling that is exactly what I mean. I could not believe.. Instead of letting me talk he just kept yelling at me telling me I am wrong. I asked him to stop yelling and listen to what I had to say, and I got hung up.
