I have never written a bad review but everyone I shared my story with begged me to do this. So here it goes; I come here at least four times weekly in the past four years and my worst experience happened in the past month, I was racially profiled, once I begin placing an order I already sense the rude tone! they have the worst customer service, They do not apologize when they delay you unnecessarily, they are rude! When you make two orders of same thing you get just one, this happened several times and they act like nothing happened when you report this, They team up against their customers, This must be a management issue not just a person, I was denied to make an order because I shared my dissatisfaction of being delayed on the drive- through after waiting 20 mins for my turn only to be asked to walk in to place my order instead. Courtesy demand you apologize for such inconvenience which I didnāt get and even when I shared my disappointment, I was yelled at and asked to leave and my order was not taken. I was called rude for sharing my disappointment. This happened Monday 10/02/2023. It was unbelievable! The treatment I got was extreme! I pray no one has to feel this way and something is done to change this service. I will definitely never go...
