Hardee’s

I go to this Hardee’s in Plainfield, IN at least one time a week. A couple of time there will be a server who is just hard to get along with for whatever reason I can’t explain. Today I stop at the drive thru window and when the server came on I proceed to give my order. I was not going to get a combo, so I start to give my order. She interrupts me and asks, will this be a combo. I proceed to give my order. She interrupts me asking me if it’s a combo. This time rudely. I said let me finish giving my order and you will know. She said she needed to know to finish the order. So I try to proceed to give my order, she interrupts AGAIN! I tell her to let me give my order. By this time I am understandably annoyed because she keeps interrupting me and my voice is raised, well of course, evidently she’s not hearing me. She tells me to leave, that I’m not going to yell at her, and that she will not take my order at all. And I need to leave. I try to give my order again, and she tells me to leave again. By this time I’m angry because of the way SHE IS TREATING ME AS A CUSTOMER. On my way leaving I give her a few choice words that she deserved

Bottom line, if she had only listened to what my order was, she would know it was not a combo. My order was Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, medium hash browns and A CUP OF WATER!! IT WAS NOT A COMBO! IT WASN’T THAT HARD! Just a $8 order! If I wanted a combo I would have given the combo number. Plain and simple as that.

She wasted my precious moments because evidently she is having a bad day. If relying on combos is the only way to relate to an order, or make your money you need to change that or get new servers. Not ordering a Combo is usually more expensive. I don’t always drink sodas, and when I order things separate it is usually more expensive. That is unfair to people who cannot drink sodas. You need to change this policy. If a customer does not ask for a combo number then they did not ask for a Combo. Take the order, simple. But, if it is a combo adjust the computer to where it will give the combo price. Keep in mind that not ordering a combo is ok to do, and the servers should not get upset when we don’t specifically ask for a combo. It’s not that...

I had to delete my good review, today was the worst experience I've had at this Hardee's. I ordered 2 B&G, 2 English muffins. The total was $9.35. Thought maybe I got a discount, when I got to the window, I asked politely if the total included the B&G? The lady (long hair, white & not skinny (sorry trying to be kind) got snippy because I asked a question, told her nevermind & go ahead & give what she has. She apparently didn't like that, told me bye & closed the window. Apparently from what I read other reviews, she is the rude employee here. The guy with a beard came to the window, was going to try make it right, but still did not apologize for her attitude, a Hispanic guy, looks like a manager just looked like ok, whatever she just did was ok.

How does she keep getting by treating customers like this?

If you as the owner can only respond with a link, then you don't care either.

If her attitude don't get fixed, I will go as high as I can, no one should feel threatened to go through the drive through afraid of what she will do.

If you follow me you know me for my reviews, I will tell you straight up how it goes. We did breakfast. Two of us in drive thru. About 5 to 10 min wait due to other cars. I order the breakfast frisco combo with sprite small, and the burrito breakfast combo small sprite. Bbq sauce on side. I didnt get a price given to me til i got to the window but it came to just under 14 bucks. I paid with cash. They apologised for having to give me alot of dimes which i didnt mind. Money is money. The hash rounds was crispy and hot. The sandwhich and burrtio good size,neatly put together. Just enough cheese,egg,meat ratio. Hot and fresh. Drinks cold and filled to the top. No napkins in the bag however i was greeted friendly and i would recomend this place its a gold star. It did what i needed it to do and that was feed two hungry adults. And we both got full. You can feed a family here at about 5 to 8 bucks a person average meal deal. Yes they have a singles menu and deserts....
