I have been coming here for quite some time on the regular. After tonight, I am not sure I will return. I picked up my order to go after waiting 10 minutes to be helped. I ask the gentlemen if there is silverware in the bag he says yes everything is in there. I go to the car and check. I am missing two orders of carrots, a 4 oz cheese sauce, and all 4 ranch that was ordered. So I go back in and let the gentlemen know. He goes on to argue with me saying he knows it's in the bag. First, how rude. Second, I wouldn't have walked my butt back in there for two orders of carrots, 4 ranch cups, and a cheese sauce. Like come on. Just horrible service. Called to make a reservation for a large group. Said she, "We are too busy for that" also literally after making the sweetest hostess play middle man , said "we always have a server call in on Fridays" It was like I was a burden making her restaurant a nice ticket and her server getting tipped fat. She said "just show up and we will see if we can seat you" I couldn't believe her customer service being a manager. We'll we showed up Friday. Not busy at all. The manager is sitting tables, but not telling the waitress which table was first, so of course the people sat after my party were waited on first. We left. Especially with today being the IU vs ND game with people already stacking the bar, they should’ve known to staff more. The manager could have at least taken drink orders too.
