McDonald's — Restaurant in Plainfield

The fact that I was rudely discriminated against at this establishment is crazy. Especially from the manager who was Hispanic herself. And Me being Of Hispanic and Africcan Blood I was appalled. I wasn’t even in there for 30 min before she rudely came to where I was sitting at and demanded very aggressively that I get out. I did not know how to respond to the absolute disdain and disgust she showed towards me. I am currently battling some health issues with my bowels and my colon. I’m only 39 yrs old. I have major blockage in my intestines on the left side. And my colon is a different story. I’ve been in and out the hospital about 6 times since the 5th of February this year. I have so much pressure and pain it’s crazy and extremely painful to move period. So I guess I wasn’t moving fast enough she came back and repeated herself looking down on me. Saying get out get out. So I smiled and I asked her if there is something I did what did I do. She screamed you must go go get out get out. Mind you I used to go to this McDonalds as a teenager. But this was by far one of the most discriminatory experiences I have ever had. I’m still trying to figure out what did I do. Mind you I wasn’t even sitting...

I have been here several times recently and I have had excellent customer service and every time service is faster and I go lobby which has a registers and two computers check outs. I have problems with non human registers. But this location is one of the better stores but drive thru is a bit time consuming. I get stuck behind the customer that has big order and why rarely is second window used. But drive thru here they can't serve finish smaller orders like mine. But it's one of narrow drive thru lane but the volume of sales rarely will you get less than fresh in my orders since I started using lobby. I swear I get the mega orders or special requests. It not just McDonald's that I prefer lobby but few mcd are attentive to lobby customers. Excellent example of a mcd not go inside in Manville only drive thru time matters not the customer service. Front street is great for both. I only have weekdays around 5 to 6 pm to base my rating. They are well staff at this time unlike Manville was the last time I was there. They may have changed but I won't ever go to back I know that speed isn't excuse for the neglect of walk ins. Manville ducks front street has been excellent three...

I really don't like McDonald's I hate their burgers and most of there food Burger King and Wendy's are better. They are very expensive for what you get not worth it. The only thing I like and go there for are the buttermilk chicken fingers they are so good and I ask for their secret sauce they have all kinds of sauces on the side but there special sauce is the best. I get the four piece buttermilk chicken tenders. They really are the best if I get the four piece and haven't eaten all day and very hungry I could gobble down those four tenders with the special sauce in like five minutes! They really are the best tenders I've ever tried! So good! But that's the only thing I like at McDonald's I don't like any of there other food. Go there for the chicken tenders with sauce it's so good! I really don't like fast food at all there's only a few things I like at those places not much. But get the buttermilk tenders for sure they are the best kind I ever had.
