Pharaoh's Texas Weiner — Restaurant in Plainfield

I was high disguested at the lack of customer service. I've been coming to this establishment since i was a child. So as you can imagine ive been through many faces. I usually always have a decent experience here. However 9/19/21 at around 9:45 i got the service from hell. I came in per usual to order my breakfast platter. This includes eggs, homefries, bacon and toast. The waitress took my orde. Fyi they hire anyone as a waitress and i even read back my order to confirm details. So after about a 15 min wait my food was ready and i had to rush back home to care for my mother. When i get home and become situated to my suprise its missing bacon and the toast is a bagel. So i kindly called to inform the owner of the mistake. He puts me on hold tranfers me to diffrent workers and gives me an attitude. After about 3 or so people he then tells me come back and pay for it in an almost yelling manner. I was highly disgusted not onlly did i pay for something i did not get. I placed an order to go & when I got home it was incorrect. I asked for beef sausage and they gave me Turkey bacon. I said no egg on my sandwich and there were eggs.
