Update: It was like night &day tonight. We got chopped salads tonight. And the salads we got tonight on 8/1/22 were incredible! The tomatoes were fresh & popped when I bit into them, the lettuce was so fresh & green, so much chicken, bacon & Bleu cheese. It was amazing. It was like a loaded wedge salad x2. I got one Bleu cheese dressing and ordered a balsamic vinegarette also. Was so good. I would definitely order this again if they can repeat this! Could of used a little more green pepper, but I was satisfied. Ate it at an entree and could barely finish it!

Older review: Their salads are 50% more in price than anywhere else for about the same amount. Got wilted black lettuce in one salad & it just turned my stomach. This was 7/17/22.

They would save SO MUCH money if they just stopped putting their name on every single take out container, wrapper & condiments; yes even their salad dressings come with the logo on the pull top. That is one of the costliest things any company can do. I don't know of a single decent restaurant that has their logo on everything down to the paper they wrap the half piece of garlic bread. ( I'm not considering fast food) And they DEEP FRY their Italian sausages till they're burnt because the company is too cheap to get them a grill or cook top. The Italian beef was dry and the auju is spicy with big red pepper flakes in it. We ordered mild wings last night also and they were NOT mild. My fiance loves Indian food & he said they were not mild also. They were definitely Buffalo- spicy! If it wasn't for their monster pizzas I would never eat here again. We went in on a Friday night at 7 pm. The Bar and seating area was full. There was one couple before us waiting for a table. They were seated about 5 minutes after we arrived in a 4 top. So we were up next. At 7:10 a six top was available but they told us they couldn't seat us there because they wanted to hold it for a larger party if one came in. At 7:20 2 adults and 2 kids came in and they seated them at the table before us. At 7:30 another 6 top became available and they sat us at that 6 top. The whole 30 minutes we waited for a table people were coming in and leaving because of the lack of seating at the bar or tables. We wife ordered a tea and asked for sugar. Waitress brought the tea and left 3 different types of artificial sweetners but no sugar. When we spotted her at another table my wife again asked for sugar and she said she didn't think they had any but she would look. She came back 5 minutes later with a child size cup that they had put a few tablespoons of sugar in. The pizza was ordered with light cheese on one side and regular cheese on the other. The light side had alot of cheese on it. Way too much. The pizza crust was very limp and soft. Very different from what we had experienced at other Rosati Locations. Poor management and poor food quality as of late. My food was delivered by Doordash. They left my food on the ground! No doorbell just a random text which I was not expecting since they claim to not use 3rd party companies to deliver your food which is obviously not true. Pizza was cold because I didn't even know it was there! Kim the manager just apologized no discount or anything to try to help the situation and keep a customer. Ordered again recently to give them another try and pizza barely had any toppings and was very bland called to complain and again Kim wasn't helpful it seemed like she thought I was lying. Smh she requested that I drive there and bring the pizza back and she would make a fresh pizza which is silly and inconvenient. I had the pizza delivered to me and paid the fee plus tip and you expect me to leave my home drive in traffic and wait at least an hour to eat?!
