I went in today to order several items. No one was in the drive thru at the time, I was being polite, or so I thought, by going inside to order being I was ordering several things. I stood and waited for 5 minutes and the employees ignored me. They were now waiting on drive thru orders. I watched the manager (I’m assuming owner from the way he spoke to me later) snap at the female employee in a narcissistic manner (I can say this as I’m a licensed professional). I politely asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to be waited on as they were waiting on the drive through. I was snapped at by the manager/owner and he pointed to a sign that said “If you’d Ordered online you could be sippin’ already.” He told me Dunkin’s policy is to wait on those who order online first. I told him no Dunkin I have ever been to has ever ignored customers to wait on the drive thru this long and that being this close to the hospital, he should be thoughtful of what people are going through as they are near the hospital. He said their rule is their rule and he would get to me when he could. He finally waited on me and gave me an attitude the entire time. I waited and waited for my order and someone came in and stood there and I turned and told them that they are better off ordering online as that’s what I was told and the man’s/owner began yelling at me and threatening me. I told him that I would like my food and I would leave. He continued to not have his staff make my food. I finally got it, thanked him and said next time, it would be nice for them to consider people who just took a parent off life support and needing to get back to the hospital who have been at the hospital all night and left for food. (First complaint ever This place..l placed a over $30 order when done I asked just pull around she said yes so we pull around then was asked to pull up and stop they'd bring out our food. The first mistake was not reading our order back. They bring our food in 1bag with our 5 hashbrowns smashed in the bottom they were all clump together! We told them they didn't have our drink the next worker comes out asked if we were missing something which was a buttered biscuit thats when I told them about the hashbrowm was told to move up to a parking spot when the next worker came out with nasty attitude arguing about my complaint and told me I didn't order or pay for a biscuit to get back in the long line when I was trying to treat my kids which 2 of them were in the car with my mother and all she order was a drink and the butter biscuit pretty sure she'd would have said something if that's all she ordered and I forgot....will never go back...
Read moreStopped here on Sunday around 6:30pm and ordered a Medium Iced Matcha Latte through the drive through (only vehicle in line + empty parking lot). Pull up to the window and the guy reads back "Large Sweet Cold Foam?" No, medium iced Matcha latte - regive the order, no biggie. But then hands me a cup loaded to the lid with ice. So much ice it annihilated my straw. That it wouldn't even go in so much as an inch into the cup... And to follow with the disappointment in that visit the amount of actual liquid of my nearly $5 drink was gone after a few sips because the ice filled the cup so much.... The staff on that night - person making the drinks + the one running the window + the one who took the initial order caused your store to lose further business.
