when this place is on their mark it is great. unfortunately a majority of my experiences they've been off that mark. long waits and inconsistent quality make this choice hardly worth the wait on most days. arrived today and was the third person in line. took approximately 10 minutes to place my order of 2 toasted bagels with cream cheese. 15 minutes later I had to walk out after 3 breakfast sandwiches, that came in after my order was served. 25 minutes for 2 bagels is CRAZY! There's a sign asking patrons to be patient because they are short staffed. however there were 5-6 people on the line when I came in. seems like that should be kore than enough to handle the 2 orders before me in a timely manner. the delay doesn't appear to be with staffing but lack of organization and communication. I watched employees go from grill, to prep line, to coffe station, to the register, and then back to taking orders. the chos and confusion were palpable as a watch 2 people work on the SAME coffee. all the while NO ONE. was talking to each other. it's not wonder my order was never made. save your self the frustration and visit kettle bagel...

I love the way Plainville Bagels Plus came to the rescue. I live in Bristol and when I tried their location the had ran out of almost everything I tried to order. Even when I tried to order pastrami from the online menu they said that the menu is out of date and didn't offer pastrami. If it werent for the lady taking my order if have no idea there were even a Bagels Plus in Plainville. Thank God she did suggest that it was Plainville menu. When I did call Plainville the girl who answered was amazing she helped me through my big order and took her time with the order instead of rushing me through. Hailey was outstanding and will definitely return to the Plainville location for another visit every Sunday ritual from now on. They had pastrami they had all the options for cheese they had all of the bagels I asked for and had other ingredients that Bristol claimed the didn't carry...

My first time here today got a bagel with cream cheese ,bagel perfect toast ,the cream cheese which they make there is so good that I was licking it off of The bagel LOL and then I went back a second time and bought three containers of it different flavors. I just read that they have really good croissants that would be my next trip but I can't recommend this place enough it's fantastic the bagels and the cream cheese. Update made myself a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese for dessert the strawberry cream cheese I'm pretty sure it's most amazing cream cheese I've ever eaten like seriously they're cream cheese is hands down the best I've ever...
