I GAVE THIS RESTAURANT A 5 STAR BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY THING IT ALLOWS ME TO GIVE BUT I WISH I CAN GIVE IT SO MANY MORE STARS BECAUSE THEY DESERVE IT. LAST NIGHT MY WIFE AND I ORDERED FROM UBER EATS. WE CAME OUT OF WORK EXHAUSTED AND SUPER HUNGRY. WE WERE LOOKING FOR A RESTAURANT WITH GOOD WINGS AND HAD NO LUCK. WE FINALLY FOUND SLIDERS GRILL & BAR AND DECIDED TO ORDER FROM THEIR RESTAURANT THROUGH UBER EATS. IT WAS THE WORST DECISION AND EXPERIENCE EVER. THE UBER DRIVER TOOK OUR FOOD AND WE NEVER RECEIVED IT AFTER WAITING FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. WE CALLED UBER SUPPORT LINE TWICE AND NOTHING GOT SOLVED. NO JUSTICE. WE WERE ANGRY AND HUNGRY AS THE DRIVER GOT TO EAT OUR FOOD BEFORE WE DID. WE CALLED THE RESTAURANT TWICE TO INFORM THEM AND THEY NOTIFIED US THAT THE DRIVER DID INDEED LEAVE WITH OUR FOOD AND TWO HOURS LATER, THEY NEVER RETURNED WITH OUR FOOD. THE RESTAURANT WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY NICE TO US. THEY FELT BAD ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE WITH UBER'S BAD SERVICE AND WELCOMED US TO THEIR RESTAURANT AND OFFERED A GREAT DISCOUNT ON OUR FOOD. WE INFORMED THEM WE WERE ON OUR WAY TO GO EAT IN. WHEN WE ARRIVED, THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHO WE WERE AND QUICKLY APPOLOGIZED THAT WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD. THEY SEATED US IMMEDIATELY AS THEY ALREADY HAD A TABLE FOR US. AS SOON AS WE SAT DOWN, A FEW SECONDS LATER THEY ARRIVED WITH OUR FOOD. WE FELT SO WELCOME! WE ATE OUR FOOD AND THEY CHECKED ON US PERIODICALLY. THEY HAD CONVERSATIONS WITH US AND AGAIN APOLOGIZED FOR WHAT HAPPENED. THEY INFORMED US THAT UNFORTUNATELY IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME THAT SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS. I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY WIFE AND I FEEL COMFORTABLE AND HELPING US WIND DOWN FOR THE NIGHT AFTER THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY ALSO GAVE US A REWARDS CARD AND WENT THROUGH WITH THEIR WORD. WE RECEIVED THE DISCOUNT EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T EVEN THEIR FAULT. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS RESTAURANT AND WE ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. THE FOOD WAS EXTREMELY DELICIOUS AND GREAT ATMOSPHERE. THE WORKERS ARE VERY HUMBLE AND DEDICATED TO MAKING EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE MANAGER WAS SUPER GREAT. HE TOOK CARE OF US AND WE APPRECIATE IT MORE THAN WORDS CAN EXPLAIN. Read moreI ordered from uber eats yesterday 12/07/2018 around 7pm. My wife and I just got home from work hungry as heck.. I was searching for wings that's what's we wanted! Found this restaurant Sliders Bar and Grill which had really good reviews and the food looked good too. I'm waiting for my food, I always follow the car in the app to make sure I'm outside looking for the car, I noticed she was right in the corner, I text her and call no answer. She replies with I arrived. I'm outside I don't see a car just pitch black. I try contacting her again when I look at the map she is going further and further from my house and still no reply. I call the restaurant of course they can't really do much because it was ordered through uber I call uber and they giving me the run around. They didn't even say they were going to do anything about the uber driver or my money ! I seen on my account I was charged 🤔 the uber delivery driver JENIFFER with a Mitsubishi did NOT deliver my food, did NOT take it back to the restaurant ( I asked the restaurant) and she took our food. If your hungry deliver the food so you can have the money to eat, I work hard to be able to treat my family ! People like her should not be working for uber eats ! I won't be ordering from uber eats, I rather drive and pick up my order, never again ! Uber should be checking these people and tracking them. Need better customer service. Very disappointed.
The restaurant worked better than uber. I called back to still order my food but we decided to eat there. When I spoke to Courtney she was very professional, friendly and very frustrated with the issue as well as the manager Tommy. They even said they are disappointed and it is NOT the first time that happens, there is people that received only half of there food! I kept them up to date with everything and they offered 50 % and gave us a rewards card. When we went there the food was all done and prepared. Our server Taylor was very friendly and they all worked together to make sure we were pleased and happy with everything. I will definitely will be going back!! I was pleased with everything from the food, to the servers, to the environment.

Read moreI have always loved sliders, until this last visit. It was an awful experience. I placed an order ahead of time over the phone and when I came to pick up my order, the young lady at the take out counter got our food and I asked her if I could check it to make sure they hadn't forgotten anything. So I take the bag to a nearby table and check everything. Since everything seemed to be there, I took out my cash to pay, but she asked me to wait. She then took the phone call she had on hold and took their order. We waited for her to finish that call which took over 7 min. After that, she asked the next set of people that were in line how many were in their party, and she proceeded to seat them. That took another couple min. So we continued to wait. Then she was finally ready to take my money! So I'm thinking I can finally get out of there and enjoy my food, but she started counting out my change, and didn't have enough ones to give me all my change back. So now she has to get the attention of her superior, let's him know she doesn't have enough change to give me. He goes to the bar and asks the bartender if they have one's to spare. He comes back to the take out station, gets a hundred dollars, takes it back to the bartender who then starts the counting process. So I wait again for the bartender to count out a hundred dollars in one dollar bills. (Meanwhile, I only needed like 4 dollars for my change). When the bartender is done, they give the ones to the manager, who then starts counting them, so we wait some more... when he is done counting them, he gives them to the young lady at the take out counter. I was under the impression that she would count out my $4 so I could FINALLY be on my way, but nope. She counted every single one of those one dollar bills. She puts them in the register and then finally finishes our transaction. By the time I got my food home, it was cold. (Cold wings are the worst) I tried to heat them up in my air fryer and we made the best of it. However this was enough to make me not want to return to one of my favorite...
