Order was $15 and change, paid with a 20 and gave the rest for a tip. Now, you think that would motivate people to provide good service, but I guess it wasn’t enough… My sons mini bagel bites cream cheese was frozen inside of all four. The sourdough breakfast sandwich I ordered had two tiny pieces of bacon, unmelted cold cheese. Then to top it all off they never even toasted the bread. It’s not like they were busy or in a hurry to put orders out because there was a line of customers and accidentally forgot…. It was literally just me and five employees that were just standing around marinating. Dunkin you should hire people that actually want to work, and not keep employees on a payroll that don’t wanna work… Make sure they can count bacon and use a toaster. Don’t just hire the first thing with a heartbeat… Anyways seeing as corporate rarely comments on good or bad post, I don’t expect this to go far with your quality control… Hopefully possible customers will...

Ordered XL tea and was being given a small coffee, also given snack wraps with bacon and I don’t eat bacon nor did I order snack wraps. I ordered egg and cheese on a croissant. Realized the mistake with the food when I was 20 minutes away and reached into the bag for it. Tried calling the store but the phone doesn’t work. Had to throw out my food. Came to the store the very next morning and came inside instead of using the drive thru and complain about the issue with my order the previous day and the people here (2 of them were here yesterday including the one who gave me my order yesterday) and none of the 4 people working could give 2 craps about my order being correct. No apology, no effort to own up to the mistakes. Just “can I get your order” unbelievable. It’s not the first time this is happening either. I can guarantee they’ll get my tea wrong 3-4 days a week. But I’m not a complainer and now their attitude just made me upset...

i stopped by this dunkin donuts on 6/24/24 at 1:17 pm, i had ordered my coffee which was an extra large black with 6 sugars and i also told them that i had my own cup, they told me the price, when i got to the window they told me that they wouldn't take my cup, but they would give me a cup of coffee. then i hadned them a fiffty dollar bill then they told me that they told me that they don't take that either. i had to use my dunkin card which really pissed me off big time. then to boot they way over filled my coffee cup and i had gotten coffee on my pants and i am not too happy about it at all. over all i would say that the service sucked big time. the coffee is always good. but everything else...
