I go to this location often and after my last visit on May 10th I swore I would never go back again, BUT, today I decided to give it another try, and I am so happy that I did. I ordered online and unaware that this location was under new ownership I left a message about my BAD experience on May 10th, when I walked in to pick up my order the new owner approached me and asked me about my message, after explaining it to him he advised me that this location is now owned by him and I will never have a problem again, and if I need to call the store the phones will be answered (unlike the previous staff). Ok, so now the test, when I got home my wife and I were getting ready to eat our subs, first thing we noticed was how heavy they were compared to the previous orders I have picked up, once I unwrapped my sub I could see that it was actually really full, this was the type of sub that Subway was known for but in the past year or so the subs were getting less and less full, they were mostly just bread. Todays sub was really good, it was full or all the ingredients I ordered on it, and best of all the bread was FRESH, just like the old times when Subway was known for baking the bread all day long and the bread would always be fresh. Read moreCoupon was presented before ordering for 3 foot longs. The employees instantly became unpleasant at the mention of it. My grandmother tried to get the turkey BLT without anything added onto it. She was told that bacon would cost 2.50 extra even though she didn’t ask for extra bacon. Reaching the second part of the counter for vegetables, the peppers were soggy, one container of peppers looked moldy and disgusting. I got sub crunch on my sub and when I went to eat my sub, the sub crunch was stale and soft.
Checking out, the employee that did so kept side eyeing the other employee, obviously very upset at us. We were even charged for the paper bag the subs were put in without being told that it would cost extra.
It’s suffice to say, I and my family will not be returning to this location again to the the quality of the food and hostile treatment from employees. There is an obvious disconnect in behavior between customers. A man that came in when we were paying was treated very well by the employees, and I think that is due to the fact he didn’t have a coupon. Read moreI had ordered a sub for pickup around 620 online for pickup at 645. I arrive at 645 as expected. It must have been atleast 85-90 degrees inside of this location. There my sandwich was sitting there which I then realized for almost 25 minutes in the heat instead of them making it before I arrive. The sandwich was warm, warm mayo and warm wilted lettuce. Everything was melted together and the paper wrapping was already disintegrated from the plethera of warm mayo for that extended period of time. I had to throw the whole thing away as 1. I was concerned of getting sick and 2. It was disgusting. I can only imagine the quality of the remaining food in their assembly line especially after now seeing other reviews.
