Where do I start with this review,
I never usually write reviews, but this was by far the worst experience at a Chinese Restaurant.
When you pull up to the restaurant the first clue to the terrible experience you're about undertake is the yellow stained sign on the window. This sign looks like it survived both World Wars, and somehow made it's way to the window. When you finally enter the establishment you're greeted with the hot air from the stove as the restaurant of course does not have A/C or fans.
Looking at the specials on the whiteboard gives impression that the owner does not know what he wants to give the customer as it looks like someone wrote over top of the specials with extra choices. Option C in particular looks like a confusing mess.
When you finally get the food, your first bite will tell you how bad the rest of the food will be. The Fried Rice taste like someone smoked a cigar directly into the food. The Chicken wings taste like nothing and the crab rangoon taste like wasted cheese, which somehow can also describe the taste of the chicken fingers.
My friend got the Teriyaki chicken, and it came out looking like road kill on a stick. He also got the sweet and sour chicken, which was the wasted cheese chicken with sauce dripped on it. The best part of the meal we got was the canned soda, they obviously did not make.
TLDR;
I don't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.
Me and my friend are probably going to be dead from the food by the time you read this.
The only good part of the meal is the canned soda. Please...
Read moreThis is THE BEST Chinese Takeout in the area. I love Chinese food and have gone to all the other restaurants in the area, and there are some good ones around here, but if you are ordering to bring it home, the office, or a party imperial dragon is the best. I’d describe the food as northeast style Chinese (Boston,New York) The rice is dark, the gravy is dark, the fingers and wings are always perfect and the beef and broccoli kills. We get a Pupu for .1 beef and broccoli Peking raviolis Pork fried rice And white rice
Another great thing, that not many other places do around here is offer a lot of dishes and appetizers in small and large. The small beef and broccoli is a great size to share with another if you also get apps
The prices are great, the menu is large, the portions are generous, and they are very, very nice people who always remember returning customers. I highly recommend imperial dragon if you are looking for...
Read moreDon’t order the Szechuan chicken. I thought they had gotten my order wrong but it turns out that’s how they made that dish - with NO Sichuan peppercorns (which is a standard of the dish), a gross tasting sauce, big chunks of rubbery chicken, a random assortment of vegetables that in no way complement the dish.. bleh. When I called the person was nonchalant about everything, but polite enough. Still, I’m not happy that I spend $16 on something so low quality. Not to mention there was hair in my food. The only positive thing I can say is the staff seems to be friendly and have better attitudes than most other Chinese...
