I know when people want to be dramatic, they say "I'd give this place zero stars if I could", but in this case, it rings true. About two years ago, I stopped here for lunch on my way home from school. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, like I always do, and went on my way. The first bite didn't hit right though. Something was off. The sauce felt curdled and tasted strange. I figured maybe my allergies were acting up and I wasn't tasting things right, and continued eating. When I got home, I had crazy heartburn (which I expected... it is Taco Bell after all), but it wouldn't go away. About four hours roll by, and my stomach is doing backflips. I felt horrible. I have broken bones before, but they feel like tickles compared to the stomach pain I was experiencing. I wound up becoming violently ill multiple times thay night. My husband wanted to take me to the emergency room. He asked my mother to call Taco Bell and inform them that I had food poisoning. Their response? "Well, no one else has called about it". It was the only thing I ate that day. I was sick the next day as well. I still haven't gone back there, and refuse to spend my money at this location.
TL;DR: dont go to this Taco...
Read moreMy son and I ordered from the Taco Bell app so that we knew that our order would be correctly communicated to the food preparer. We had a bit of a time constraint because we were coming from football, grabbing food, and heading across the street to see a movie. Our order was nearly $60 and we didn't even get drinks... We get into the movie theater and planned to eat our food while watching the movie. (Don't judge me for bringing in outside food, please). I love Taco Bell normally and I took the first bite and it was filled with onions and was not at all what I ordered. I only ordered 2 items for myself and my son got a 12-pack of soft tacos with just meat, cheese, sour cream, and we got a bag of those cinnamon things with the icing inside. As we were putting the food into my bag prior to the movie he noticed that his had tomatoes and lettuce on some of them. Bottom line is that I ended up throwing most of my $60 meal into the garbage. And I still don't understand how it was so much! And Taco Bell doesn't seem to care and they don't give refunds. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Oh, and we waited 15 minutes in the parking lot for our order despite having ordered via the app prior...
Read moreI have gotten food from here many times. I have had plenty of good experiences, but I have had far too many poor experiences to count as well. Tonight is a great example (Tues. March 9th) I place the order at 1205am on the app and I use the app because I was told by an employee that "those times are always accurate on the app." And the app said they close at 100am and thats why I ordered.. I get to the taco bell at 1215am and there is one car with the trunk open near the delivery(?) door and another car with its brights on. Myself and another car were trying to go up the the drive thru window and all the lights were off, no one answered, but there was lights on inside. Luckily I could cancel my order but I want others to know that this place is way to inconsistent. Picture just shows when I was there trying to get my order and the time is there and the hours of operation.
Edit September 2023: This taco bell is leaps and bounds better than it ever was before. I had extremely friendly staff today and the food was made just right. The chicken rolled tacis ate...
