Washing hands at an Indian restaurant is common specialty since many meals are eaten by hand instead of utensils. So to wash my hands I visited the bathroom located inside the store. I have to warn fellow ladies under no circumstances to use the bathroom in this location for two reasons: The bathroom has multiple stalls but is not marked for either gender, and the main door can’t be locked from inside making it accessible for male and female individuals at the same time. What I noticed in one of the stalls was a sensor flush that was completely out of the wall with wires exposed but still connected, yet the button did nothing and conveniently the unit was placed in a way facing the toilet bowl. An exposed electronic unit like that can be tampered with by any individual specially if the bathroom is accessible by both male and female. You can guess the rest of it yourself. Back to the kitchen, I had ordered paneer biryani along with Irani chai, before using the bathroom, the food took about 30 minutes to arrive, and I was served Pulao instead of Biryani. Even after asking the staff, they firmly said no that’s Biryani. If you are non-Indian and don’t want your intelligence to be insulted do not visit this restaurant. Once I received my food one of the staff told me the chai will arrive in 2 minutes. Well you guessed it right, I never got my chai. Even though the restaurant is open until 11:30 pm, the staff stop serving chai somewhere between 10-10:30 and even though they had an order in place, they failed to communicate effectively to deliver what was on the order. I finished eating and before leaving I wanted to wash my hand but since the store closes an hour before the restaurant, the bathroom is inaccessible and there’s no hand washing station in the restaurant itself, so I used the only two pieces of napkin that were available in the restaurant. Food was tasty but wasn’t what I ordered, over all the experience in general was so bad I wouldn’t return, nor would recommend this...

One of the best experiences ever!

We have taken food to go from this restaurant a few times and always found the food to be flavorful and not too spicy as it is with many Indian restaurants in the Plano-Frisco-Allen-McKinney area.

We wanted to cater for breakfast for a small group and approached the restaurant and met with Sasi Kumar. We requested for 20 Idliy's and 10 Vadas for a Sunday morning. We told Sasi that we will confirm the count once again.

Later in the week when we met him, I was surprised he remembered and had that order on his list. We revised the order to 20 each and offered to pay in advance but Sasi insisted that we pay on the day of delivery. We did remind him of our order a day prior that we need to pick up the food at 9:00 am sharp and Sasi assured us.

On the day of the pick-up we reached the restaurant at 9:05 am and our order was ready for pick-up. The Idliy's, Vada's, Sambar and Chutney was very well packed.

The food was fantastic, the Sambar is one of the best I have had in the USA and both the Idly and the Vada were fantastic.

Their other items that are on our list are the Masala/Daal Vada and the Pepper Chicken Fry. We have had their Chicken Curry and the Combo meals and they were excellent both in taste and portion size.

I had placed 25 tandoori butter naan order based on feedback but I was very disappointed to see such type of insensitive, emotionless services from your side. Customer is paying direct money to you, and what you are serving for take out ? is it the way you serve to customer and is it the way you respect to customer. You did not think what it would be impact on my guest, even I had opted take out option for hot tandoor naan, It was properly 2 days before communicated to you for this order. And what you did, you had served old & cold and mix of two different type of tandoori naan to customer, Most of tandoor naan was burnt very badly, somehow as host we had manage this, and have added the butter on top also, even you dont think to communicate to customer such type of thing. You guys dont care about customer need and pride and did not care about customer's any event/function.

For anyone reference, pics are attached so you could believe. This was very pathetic service and would not request to anyone to opt take out from this branch. I dont know how you are running such type of restaurants without any responsible body who could look such type of blunder or this is as usual thing for...
