Update after 6 months (yes, I'm still living here… ) The service has definitely improved — the waitress seems much better trained now: friendlier and more interactive with customers. The noodles still taste just as good as before!
advices 6 months ago. My 1st advice: Do not order anything unusual! Just pick the regular noodles and flavors; that's the only thing they seem to cook well. Otherwise, you might get machine-made flat noodles or chili chicken that tastes like it's been frozen for over 10 years, not to mention the horrible chili sauce. Once again, do not order anything unusual, even if it's on the menu.
2nd advice regarding the service: The waitresses don't seem well-trained. They look nice and kind but don't really do much. When the food is ready, they don't want to take the extra step to carefully place the food on the table. Instead, they attempt to drop the big, hot ramen bowl over the short partition wall, right in front of my face, because it's a shorter distance for them. It was only about 4 inches between that hot soup and my face, I really have no words for this.
3rd advice to the owner: Do not ask for a tip if you do nothing. I've been here twice. The first time, the cashier asked me for a tip even though no one checked on how the food was, and I had to go to the front to check out by myself because no one asked if I was ready. The second time, one of the waitresses tried to remind me to tip after I paid in cash. I had the feeling that if I gave her a suitable amount, she might just keep the change without asking.

We family come here for lunch and dinner at the weekend. We are so in love with the noodle and the soup. I came here today for lunch but we met the disrespect service by the 40s or around 50s woman. FIRST, my husband felt not good, he is afraid of cold wind, we want to sit inside corner window area, but she said it is just for 6people and deny us. It is oke. SECOND, we order 2bowls beef noddle, 1 goat meat noddle and 1 beef burger. They bring 2bowls beef at the first. After 15mins, me and kids kind of finish our meal, the last bowl did not come out. Other tables are getting best service. We ask many times they bring out after around 20mins. Is it acceptable. THIRD, I cant not finish the beef burger and want a togo box because it has drip sauce. I ask the man (around age 55) for the togo box. He said ok but he ...is way never come back. We ask for the woman what we want. There are only 2person to serve at that time.
