Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Plano

Oct.28 At about 11pm, placed my order online, tracker said my food was on the way, received a text saying my driver was pulling up, so I stood out by my room door waiting and after about 10 mins no one came up the elevators, so I then walked down to front desk and asked if any deliveries came, the gentleman replied "No" not at all. I then contacted the store someone by the name of Nicholas answered the phone and said he was the manager, and insured me that his driver was there, meaning my location, I told him his driver was not here I'm standing out waiting, he put me on hold for about 1 minute, returned to the phone and apologized and refunded my money, well partial of my money because they kept the tip, so I called back because I was a little upset because the ordered was for my kids, I asked to speak with the manager and the young lady I guess whom was supposedly the one who was suppose to bring the order answered the phone and didn't want to let me speak to the manager, she asked me if there's anything that she could do to help, I told her "no" I would just like to speak with the manager she insisted again, " I can help you with whatever you need " I said no thank you, I would like to speak to the manager, she then stated is this about the order we just canceled, I replied all want is to just speak to the manager please, " thank you " she said I'm sorry you're so upset,, I said excuse me I'm not upset at all please forgive me if I'm coming off that way but I would just like to speak to the manager, she said I'm the one who brought the pizza and I put it by your door, I said you did, she said yes and continued to say " I came in through the front and left it with the lady at the front desk " I stated, so you did huh, you see the doors of this hotel are locked and you have to be buzzed in and she said a lady let her in the hotel, well there is no lady at the front desk tonight I told her it's a big black guy and he also said no deliveries came, I then asked for the corporate number and email, she was unresponsive and clearly wasn't going to help me speak to the manager nor help me get the information I needed to speak with corporate, finally after asking another several times the guy named Nicholas came to the phone and said he had no way for his corporate to identify him other than by Nicholas and if there was anything else he could help me with, I told him no not at all, I would take it from here thank you Nicholas worst experience ever, I will not be ordering from them again thank you Jade the driver for lying and saying that you delivered my pizza when you knew that you had not and when I told you that it was not a lady at the front door you stuttered and paused and I was like yeah Okay Righttt... I ordered a medium BBQ bacon chicken pizza, square cut and well done. Upon picking it up, I found that it had an excessively thick crust, no BBQ sauce underneath (just a little drizzled on top), hardly any cheese, and very little chicken.

I was instructed to leave the incorrect pizza with them and wait ten minutes for a remake. I observed that the employee took the incorrect pizza for themselves to eat while I waited. I hoped that the second attempt would be correct and not just a crust with minimal toppings.

After twelve minutes, I received a pizza that was still incorrect. It was their "specialty BBQ pizza," which was drenched in BBQ sauce and had onions with hardly any chicken. It did not look appetizing.

They agreed to remake it once again. After another twelve minutes, I received a pizza that was barely cooked, almost like soup. It was disgusting and a complete waste of time and money. This experience at this location was highly disappointing. I'm not waiting a fourth time for yet another problem. I most definitely won't come back to this...

I haven't had domino's pizza in a long long time. I had some gift cards from someone . Anyway I decided to use them lastnight about 545pm . The pizza was undercooked it was disgusting 🤮🫣 !!!! The chicken was undercooked it was disgusting🤮 🫣 !!! Didn't notice till after I had a few bites of each . I turned on all the lights and the pizza crust was almost white not even brown a little . The chicken was almos raw looking. Now I know why I stopped eating there. That's the worse pizza in the world !!! A child's mud pie pizza would be better. On top of that that was the first meal I had all day , since breakfast at like 630 am . I have been sick , puking every since 🤢🤢🤢🤮 . I feel like I have been hit by a 18 wheeler. I will NEVER order domino's pizza again. Please for the love of God the health dept. needs to close them down . Do yourself a favor order from pizza hut or Mr gatties is one of my favs . I wish they would let me give them a -5 review , yes I negative 5 that is what this deserves . I have been in bed all day...
