I have dined in a couple of times at this fairly new location, service was slow, but wasn't in a hurry so no biggie. Went to the drive thru yesterday, around 1:00. Figured there would be a line since lunch time, no biggie as not in a terrible hurry I thought. But... I wound up being in line THIRTY FIVE minutes. That was beyond reasonable in my book, and in most others book, as all the vehicles behind me tore out angry and gave up. When I finally got up to the window, I asked for a manager. I asked about what the problem was, and that most in the area only have a 30 minute lunch and can't afford to sit in a drive-thru for 30+ minutes. She explained that all the originally hired employees were bad, so they brought her in and hired a new bunch. And they are still learning/training. Ok, well. I pointed out that she had just lost 8+ customers in line behind me. I thought maybe she would give me at least a discount off my almost 25$ meal (which was overpriced), if not comp it completely given I toughed out 40 minutes in the drive thru. Nope. Nada. That settled that I will NOT be back to that location. I had ordered 2 burgers, small fry, and small chili. Definitely not a 24$+ meal. I went to Grandy's today. Got 2 chicken fried steak meals and extra rolls for 14$, and that will last me and my dad 2 meals.
Freddy's, you lost me. Giving me at least a discount for waiting in a drive thru 35 minutes would of given you a chance at a repeat visit for me to see if things improved. But nope. This location needs...
Read moreI went at lunch time on a Thursday, so I knew they would be busy. I didn't want to sit in the drive thru line so we went inside. The fellow that took my order was nice enough. They were out of bacon, and it was only 1230 PM. Hey, it happens. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. They are definitely understaffed. After the guy took my order no one was at the register for almost 15 mins. It took a long time to get my burger, but hey, it's lunchtime and they are short people so it's to be expected. But then I asked about the two custard items I ordered and the guy seemed to be struggling to get them done. Someone else came and helped him, but it took a long time. And, apparently they ran out of spoons because there were none in the self service utensil area, and the guy behind the counter gave me two spoons from a Kroger box. But I had to ask for it. They didn't put any out. Plus the outside of the cup for ice cream had ice cream all over it, the employee didn't bother to wipe it off.
I only live two miles away, but by the time we got home my burger was almost cold. And super dry. Not worn the 7 plus bucks I paid for it.
I won't be going back during lunch or dinner rush again. And it won't be...

She just kept being silence when we ordered on the intercom. Then we pulled up to the window to pay and asked for extra condiments. She said nothing and proceeded to close the window rolling her eyes. When she opened the window again to give us our food, we asked for fry seasoning which they’re KNOWN for to try. She looked at us and stared. She threw it in the bag and we said thank you. She closed the door and said nothing as she was giggling with what I think is the manager. This is disgusting service and borderline racist considering we’re Asian and she didn’t greet us nor did she care to say anything.
