Very rude management. Emily, the manager, tried to blame me for THEM giving me the wrong order. They clearly gave me someone elseâs food. When I asked for the correct order she said that was not what I ordered. WTH? I explained what I ordered and what I wanted twice as slow and politely as possible, and she said it would cost more. Handed my card, here take my money and please give me what I asked for to begin with. They finally handed my order and said nothing. No thank you, nothing. I sat there for a minute staring at the two orange juices I had ordered hoping they would please hand them to me. The server asked me was there anything else I needed. I said can you give me the drinks I ordered? The manager came over again and asked what the problem was. I said I would like the orange juice that I ordered. She never apologized for their mistake of getting the order wrong or giving me someone elseâs order. I know his is McDonaldâs and all, but I just ask for decent customer experience. But for some reason lately every single time I come to the drive thru I have to pull up and wait and about half of those times my order is incorrect. When I do pickup the orders seem to be wrong or missing items about 2/3rds of the time. So I guess giving them a few extra minutes to verify the order is correct (even though it still has a 50 50 chance to be wrong) does result in a statistical increase in overall correctness. Always bring someone with you so they can help to check your order before you leave. Maybe call them a Ronnie Buddy. So, I guess this location is really doing it's part to drive people to connect better and spend more time together. So, 4/5 stars for relationship building. I asked her if she sure my card was not going to be charged and she said... Don't u trust me? Obviously it's a no!!!!
