ATTENTION O'REILLY'S OWNER My bad experiences are no others than receiving incorrect orders. But when you have a HANDICAP Customer struggling to keep on feet, and the cashier worry to drive earlier orders out, and to give water cups to kids by request, instead of taking care of your customer line and your register. YOU KNOW THERE'S A PROBLEM. I'm not that HANDICAP Customer, but I was much worry for that customer than your THREE YOUNG MEMBERS OF MANAGEMENT watching and ONLY taking care of their duties. 1. Was taking care of deep frier, front end, dine in, and drive thru. 2. Female, cleaning the small fridge at front end. Repeated the process of cleaning the same fridge three times. 3. Refilling the ice cream machine and also cleaning the same on the sides. Was told by management on task 1 to open the whole machine and clean it up for good. Got upset. Looking to management 2, sharing a seniority look problem. At this time your HANDICAP Customer was still standing on the line and already had been acknowledged by ALL of your four STAFF visually. None of your STAFF offer the HANDICAP Customer to sit down and wait for someone to take the order to him at a table. Not ready to finish yet, The HANDICAP Customer order was wrong and he had to stand up himself go to the front end and have his order right. Remember always, YOUR CUSTOMERS DRIVE YOUR ESTABLISHMENT MORE THAN THE BRAND ITSELF...

Visited this location Saturday evening and was treated horribly by the night manager pictured here. He refused to take my order at the register, after already ignoring me at the drive thru…. For no reason. But he did service other Spanish speaking customers. I am black and feel his mistreatment of me was racially motivated. My children were confused as to why he wouldn’t take our order and we eventually ended up leaving with no food. As I took his picture and told him I would report him, he threatened to call the police…yes, please call the police so we can ask them why you’re refusing to serve black patrons. I have reported this incident to corporate and am waiting to hear back. The day crew is wonderful at this location but do not visit here in the evenings unless you’re Hispanic or you won’t receive service…

I would give zero stars for the microwaved food if possible. For decades an Egg McMuffin has been made with a fresh egg cooked on a grill, served on a toasted English Muffin. The picture on the McDonalds website shows this, and the description still says "McDonald's Egg McMuffin® recipe features a freshly cracked Grade A egg placed on a toasted English Muffin". But not at this location. Here you get a tasteless frozen egg square on a limp stale muffin, neither of which has ever seen a grill or a toaster. I guess they're maximizing profit by saving money that should have been spent on real eggs. Regardless, I can get a better Egg McMuffin (clone) out of the frozen section at the grocery store than I can from this place.

absolutely horrible customer service. After getting off work I came into this McDonald’s around 8:20 pm. I work in home health/hospice at a home that houses 5 residents where I stay and on as a caregiver for 24 hour around the clock shifts so for this reason I carry small duffle bag of personal belongings & a laptop bag. I first used their restroom to change out of my scrubs and then approached the counter to order food. Before taking my order the girl told me “we are closing the doors at 9 so you’re going to have to leave then.” I said okay then sat down to wait for my order. While waiting another girl walked up to me and told me “we’re closing the dining room, So you need to leave.” I told her I had just ordered food that I was waiting on. I looked around seeing many other customers in the building and was puzzled as to why she would approach me. After receiving my order, I opened my food to discover an African American black hair in my fries. Still, I did not say anything. I chose not to finish my meal after that and sat there drinking my beverage and checking my email on my phone. AGAIN I was approached by the second girl who told me “WE ARE CLOSING YOU NEED TO LEAVE.” Very frustrated at this point i asked for her name which she refused to give me so I spoke to the manager (Cici) who’s name I got only because it was on her name tag. She said they were doing maintenance and the dining area needed to be cleared of guests by 8:30, contradicting what both she and the other employee had already told me. I was very confused as to why I would be the only customer approached and outraged when as i was leaving watched customers walk into the supposedly closed store without any issue. I have never in my life been treated so rudely by an establishment on top of the disgust of finding a hair in the food you’ve already started eating. Never again...

It is always said that they will get you at the drive thru. Missing food is one thing, how management reacts, is another.

I checked my bag for accuracy at the window. Sure enough, I was missing two apple pies. The first kid that served me was already away from the window and doing something else. The guy who happen to walk by just matter of factly, gave me the pies when I complained. No accountability for each order. They must lack an inventory system.

When I got home, the kids realized that the chicken nuggets were also missing. So I called the McDonald's right away and talked to Johnnie, the manager on duty. He asked me to drive back to pick up the nuggets. When I told him that I was already home, he said come back tomorrow and ask for the manager. I had to ask him three times for his name. Seriously, do they really expect our lives to revolve around McDonald's? The only reason we went to this store was because it was the only one that still had McRib sandwiches. All the ones near our house already took down their signs. Did they overstock the freezer with McRibs, or did they sell less than every other store in the area?

So we get to the dessert of our classic meal, and I noticed that the strawberry pie already expired (see picture). Is there anyone managing this place at all? Nobody is following protocol for food safety.

No straws, no ketchup, lids were all loose on the drinks. No effective training and accountability even on a slow night. No system to double check the accuracy of the orders. That's probably why they still have stock on the McRibs..... everyone already knows to stay away from this store. There's another McDonald's a few blocks west on Parker, go...

This store had no dine in customers besides 2 or 3. It didn't seem to be understaffed, but the service was very slow. I, for one, don't like being told to order the keyosk because the reason that I went there was to be served. It was not, and never my intention to have to order my own meal as if I worked behind the counter. With that and the employees speaking Spanish as they speak of my order, I find it very rude and insulting to be subjected to such an environment. I understand that Spanish may be their primary language, but when working in American companies, English should be the first only and primary language spoken. Do we have to learn Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin Bengali, etc. just because we have these different cultures in America? No, when you come to America, you should learn and speak English, and most definitely shouldn't have a bigoted attitude towards anyone. McDonald's do better with your hiring process pertaining to foreigners as well as American employees who have horrible people skills. The top guys should evaluate these standards for all stores and bring customers the service that they deserve as it is the public that makes you a fortune, but horrible attitudes and personalities will drive customers away. Drinks are watered down, fries are short, and to ask for condiments seems to be a crime because I heard a manager tell a paying customer not to return to her store because he asked for water. VERY SAD WHAT'S...
