I wasnāt going to write it but I felt like the recovery was sad. I always order a XL white mocha with extra ice and a maple waffle sandwich. I come on my days off cause I am a store manager at Sbux. I got to the window this day and they tried to hand me a large with extra ice, so naturally I said I ordered an extra large. The employee at the window looks at me and says āwe heard largeā. So I told him well can I get an extra large. He replies āwell we heard large and Iām gonna have to charge you the difference, make sure we hear you next timeā. I wasnāt going to say anything but that prompted me to say well I always order the same thing every time I come and I was just here yesterday getting the same thing. I donāt mind paying the extra 50 cents but what I do mind is the fact that your first reaction was to blame me. I donāt need to choose scooters, but if thatās how I will be treated I wonāt return. After he charged me the extra and I waited for the remake when he went to hand it out to me he said Iām sorry but we didnāt hear you. So I asked for the manager cause why is a miscommunication my fault? I get a little anxious ordering coffee because it's not part of my routine but the way she listened and repeated the order was like walking along with me. It was simple, quick, precise. I can't express how much I appreciate that. The person a the window was nice too. I had ordered 3 drinks and asked for drink carrier. Would suggest to ask the customer if they need a drink carrier when taking payment especially if there's more than 2 drinks. My only feedback is the Matcha Latte with oat milk could use more matcha powder. It tastes like oat milk with a hint of matcha. Most people who order matcha are here for the flavor profile of the tea, not the addition. Also, the person over the speak did great asking if I'd like donuts to start. Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery sad. This has been my daily or at least many times a week go to for many weeks. The owner told the staff to cut back on whipped cream on the drinks and itās noticeable. Must have been other changes. Not used to push back at the drive through window. Really not a pleasant experience. They remade a different drink as I came back because my order was un drinkable. The remake was drinkable but minimal whipped cream per the owners orders and the entire experience was bad for a luxury drive through item. I wonāt be returning to this location and they are across the street from my home. For now Iāll go to my second location off Custer & Parker. They have been pleasant and Iāve had no problems with the product there.
Very sad. This location/franchisee is harming the name of the Scooters product and expect this location not to survive under current management...
