The food was very sloppily made and seemingly without an ounce of care. My wife and I went to the counter to order our food to dine in, and it took nearly 5 minutes for anyone to first acknowledge us, let alone take our order. You would think they were slammed, but no, not at all people were walking about casually as if the lobby was empty. Then, once our order was taken and given to me, the cashier who took my order, hurriedly scurried to the back with her phone in hand, not realizing she did provide us any condiments nor did she ask if we needed any. Once she was out of sight, a guy with a white shirt came to the front; I'm assuming a manager, and looked directly at me with my food on the counter getting cold mind you, couldn't even bother to ask, "sir, can I help you with anything" not a word. He asked the guy in the back, "how long on that Whopper?" and leaned on the equipment, still not acknowledging me. Then he to, sauntered almost in slow motion, out of sight to the back. Finally, the cashier who took my order came back, and proceeded to walk past me as I'm still there waiting to be acknowledged, I said "excuse me, can I have the the sauce that goes with the onion rings?" She hurriedly handed me the sauce and walked away. And as I sat there eating and observing the staff's lackadaisical actions, really wanting to see if I was the only one who got bad service, several drive through customers came into the lobby because their orders where wrong. In my opinion, this is a management problem first and foremost. The management staff is the group who sets the tone for the way the subordinate employees operate. Most of the workers are kids anyway, so I get it, those kids are just there to make few dollars. But for the management staff to not set a more appropriate example, is completely inexcusable. I have no plans, nor desire to return to this Burger...
Read moreWith so many choices out there for burgers and fries, sometimes we need to stop and think.... who is really going to give you a great Flame Broiled Taste every time? The answer to that question may lead us to have to drive a little further than we had planned, but if your answer to yourself is Burger King, it'll be worth it. Fortunately for me, I actually have two locations near me, and they are both right off the closest main freeway, about 10 minutes from home. This location shares a parking lot with a gas station, a hotel, and a Dennys, so there is plenty of parking around. However, their private lot is a bit cramped, not bad, just not large and easy to maneuver in. Back to the plusses, If, heaven forbid, one should tire of burgers, I'll let you in on a little secret.... BK's Chicken sandwiches are among the best out there. Try one. Seriously. Fries. I happen to love BK fries, but I couldn't say why, but if they're pretty fresh and hot, I love to grab a handful, line them all up like a pile of sticks, and start feeding that pile into my mouth. At this point, after just a nice soft crunch, all the precious juciness starts to flow into my mouth, and I am happy. Oh, by the way, do yourself a favor and request your burgers to be hot off the broiler and your fries to be fresh and hot. They are happy to oblige, and the result is nothing short of a fantastic sandwich that melts in your mouth. Fantastico! Shakes. Well, imho, the shakes are their weak spot. Too me-to-ish for me. If you're from around here and not in a hurry, call ahead and swing by Culver's or Strawberry hut to complete your meal with a great shake. Thank me later. Read moreIn a world where fast food chains often fall short of expectations, the service I received at this particular Burger King stood as a shining exception. The highlight of my visit was Joseph, whose assistance was nothing short of exemplary. When I mentioned my wife’s soy intolerance, he meticulously provided all the necessary information to ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience for us. His knowledge and genuine concern were truly reassuring.
The professionalism didn’t stop with Joseph; it was a common thread among all the staff members present. Each one carried themselves with a level of professionalism and decorum that one might not expect in a fast-food setting, which was both refreshing and impressive.
This Burger King outlet has undoubtedly raised the bar. If this level of service and professionalism were a standard across all Burger King outlets, I would find myself frequenting them with no second thoughts. The team here has truly redefined fast-food service, making it not just fast, but also courteous, informative, and utterly professional. This experience has left a lasting positive imprint, and I wholeheartedly recommend this Burger King to anyone seeking not just a quick meal, but a satisfying...
