Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Plant City

I ordered 4 jalapeños and a small mashed potato. The cashier messed up and charged me for 2 biscuits and the mashed potatoes. It came out to $9.55. So she calls the manager Shay and she says “it comes out to the same price so just leave it. The jalapeños are .50 cents and the mashed potatoes are $3.99. I’m like so this is not right. So we tell the cashier that it’s wrong and she gets a attitude and call the other manager because Shay was on break. I guess. So the other manager comes and gives us the refund and charges us the correct amount. Which came out to $6.34. We are sitting eating. When Shay comes up to our table with a attitude and demands for us to tell her what the problem was. I told her and she continues to say. So you got the jalapeños for free. I’m like here are the 2 receipts showing that I paid for 4 jalapeños and a small mashed potatoes. She kept arguing and then just walked away. We drive from Lakeland just to go to this Popeyes and never had a issue before. Let’s just say that, thanks to Shay. We will never step foot in this restaurant again ! Horrible service! This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to!!! I placed my order at the drive-through window. when I approached the window to receive my food, it was old the chicken was dark and I was told that they did not have any regular chicken. The lady then asked me would I like to wait 15 minutes to receive fresh chicken. I told her yes I waited in the drive-through for my order. Patiently she asked me to move up to the white line and told me my food will be out in five minutes. I waited 10 minutes in the car after not receiving the food I went inside the building and they were busy passing out orders the staff and management refuse to acknowledge me. I waited another 10 minutes in the line.

I asked several of the workers if I could have my order , I asked to talk to management. They refuse to come to the front. I finally received my order after 45 minutes of being at Popeyes. This was a very horrible experience. I would never go to this location again. I also called Corperate. Corperate stated that they would give me a call back. Never received...

We were from out of state and was staying at the hotel by Popeyes. Thought we would try it so we walked over. When we got there, there was a lady and guy waiting for there order, we didnt know what we wanted so there was a lady behind us so we let here go in front of us. The cashier was very rude to her and all she wanted was 6 bisquicks. Took him forever to get her 6 biscuits, then she asked for some extra honey, he was mad cause she wanted more honey. We were standing there to order never came back up to see what we wanted. Finally one of the girls came up, we wanted to order the 12 bucket of chicken, the girl said there is going to be a wait, my husband asked how long she walked away went in the back asked someone came back and said 15 minutes ,I said forget it we will go to KFC and left.
