Good customer service at the drive thru, no long wait. Quick to get my order together, and it was accurate. The only thing I have a negative comment about was the young male employee outside sweeping around the parking lot. Baggy pants, shoe laces untied, unkept purple streaked hair, pants sitting down across his butt and he shuffled as he walked. I am sorry, I am an old school conservative, and if you accept employment, you are a representative of that company, and you need to look and act professional. The purple hair, okay, not my style, but at least comb your hair. There is a waist band on your pants for a reason, so pull your pants up and tuck your shirt in. Buy a black belt, and it goes with just about everything. Walk with Purpose in your step, not like you are about to fall over unconscious. Look at your fellow employees and follow their example, especially your manager.
The food was good, so that was the most important thing.
PS: I really would like to see Wendy's bring back the potato bar...
1/25/24 This was a quick drive-thru visit, but this time, I used the mobile app. This was a good experience. The order was accurate, and it only took about 5 minutes from the time I greeted at the menu until I had my food and was driving away. I would suggest working a little more on greeting customers and how to put a smile in your voice. I will be back in the...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at this Wendy's location. As a local resident living within walking distance, I have consistently valued the convenience and affordability of this restaurant, particularly during challenging times. Today, I placed a mobile order through Uber for pickup, and upon arrival, I approached the counter while monitoring my phone, which indicated that my order was still being prepared. The shift leader, recognizable by her blue button-down shirt, gave me a questioning look, prompting me to inform her that I had a mobile order. She then turned to a man wearing a black shirt, who appeared to be searching for my order on the POS system. Moments later, my phone displayed an apology message stating that Wendy's was unable to fulfill my order. I inquired about canceling the order, and the man claimed that this was not possible. When I asked if he was the general manager, he confirmed that he was. I expected him to offer to take my order while accessing the POS system, but he did not. Despite waiting for a few seconds, he failed to take my order . Notably, my past experiences at this location have been exceptional, but the service I received today was subpar, and the staff seemed unconcerned with upholding the brand's standards or providing a welcoming experience for a...
Read moreShawn has zero sense of customer service. Insinuated that I was lying about my mobile order even though I could show him my receipt with the time date and location and my card number that it was paid for(even let him take a picture of it). He then made me come inside and invited me behind the counter to show me on his screen that he didn't have it. Being "right" was more important to him than actually helping a customer. I feel like that was unnecessary. And once I told him that was unnecessary he embarrassed me in front of an entire lobby full of people and said that there was something wrong with me. When he finally fulfilled the order 30 minutes later (once I convinced him that I was not a thief or a liar and another customer spoke up and said it did the same thing to his wife) he told me "you're welcome. The proper thing for you to say in the situation would be thank you" with the nastiest tone. I told him after the service he gave me was not something he deserved. At which he told me I was not welcome back at this location. This is not how you treat people. And I would never be back to this location had he told me that or not. I had just got done working 12 hours straight and was just trying to get my kids some food. Thank you for making life harder than necessary. I hope it made your...
